East Coast Burger is a GEM not to be missed. Their poultry is from Goffle Farms (can't get more local or fresh than that!), and their beef comes from Pat LaFrieda (also local, fresh!). Hence why their burgers are simply phenomenal. Fresh, so flavorful, awesomely customizable, incredibly reasonably priced, and cooked perfectly. It's also a spotless joint with an open kitchen and a fun atmosphere. You have your choice of sitting at a counter, inside the restaurant, or on the outdoor patio overlooking Franklin Ave. If you want beer or wine instead of a milkshake, it's BYOB. Everyone is friendly. The icing on the ... cone? Their homemade ice cream is completely outrageous and would easily give any other local spot a run for its money.
