Great basic info on a key difference between list, sell and appraisal price!
Yesterday we asked our fans if you knew the difference between a list price, sell price and appraised value.
Here is the breakdown:
List price: This is the sellers advertising price and is typically a rough estimate of how much the seller wants to get for the home.
Sell price: This is the amount of money a buyer would pay for the property
Appraisal value: This is an estimate of the worth of a property conducted by a certified appraiser and is based on comparable sales, condition of the property, etc.
We hope this helped to clear things up for our fans! Please leave a comment with any other questions you may about real estate and Remax would be happy to help you!

Since starting in real estate--and even as a mortgage originator--I've loved working with first-time buyers. I believe it may be because, at my core, I'm a teacher. Here's what I bring to the table, and how I can help you buy your first home!
