I grew up attending cold, metallic County Stadium, so to say Miller Park is a step up would be a historic understatement. There's a certain charm to the old ballparks still left in MLB, but there's also something to be said about the new wave of comfortable, modern designs which are slowly replacing the landmarks. I wasn't sad to see County Stadium demolished: it helped partially erase the agony of the World Series loss in '82 and push a "reset' button on the franchise. If you know the proper routes, the stadium is a short drive from downtown on game day. Stadium parking can be a little crazy, but that's largely part of the tailgate mentality......biking to the park is actually pretty easy I've been told. Concessions are pricey (where aren't they?) but the food and drinks are satisfying. The park is cozy and the views are generally all very decent. Now if the Brewers can just get that championship they've been chasing for nearly 50 years.......

I want to love Miller Park. It was a big accomplishment for Milwaukee to get it built and probably prevented the city from losing the Brewers. First, I wish Miller Park were downtown. I understand that Milwaukee has a proud tradition of tailgating, hence the acres of parking lot. I just wish it could have been placed closer to downtown so it could have spurred more economic development around the stadium. Instead, to this day there isn't much around Miller Park. Second, I like the exterior of Miller Park because it was made to have a retro feel. They mostly succeeded. However, the interior of the stadium doesn't match the retro feel. There is nothing old school about the inside of the stadium. It feels too modern; it just doesn't have a lot of charm. I wish it were more like some of the other new/relatively new stadiums in MLB. I liked Nationals Park better; I think Miller Park could have been more like Nationals Park. Overall though, considering it is baseball, there are few places that provide a better game day environment. You have the traditional food choices, the aforementioned tailgating, and the famous sausage races. If you are in Milwaukee during the summer you really should attend a Brewers game to get a real taste of Milwaukee.

Beautiful stadium, great lots for tailgating. Expensive beer inside but great food all around.

A really nice ballpark. Clean, plenty of bathrooms and food vendors. A nice place to bring the family for a ballgame.

One of the best ballparks I have ever been too. Not a Brewers fan at all, but love coming here to watch a game.

Good venues and games... Equally bad parking and traffic control system. Have fun spending an hour just leaving. Would be five stars if their traffic and parking system didn't seem to be dreamed up by an infant without a brain....

Great atmosphere inside and outside the stadium with reasonable ticket prices. Make sure to get there early and tailgate if you're a visitor or a Brewers fan. It's really fun seeing all the home team fans out there playing games and grilling no matter what the time is like. Wisconsinites are very welcoming and you won't have any problems if you're not a fan of their team. Once you're inside the stadium, there is almost always some a promotion or giveaway which starts things off right. The concourses are wide, the seats are a good size and most of the views are good. The racing sausages are one of the best attractions at any MLB park along with Bernie Brewer going down his slide for home runs. Make sure to check out all the food options. Brats and hot dogs are always great but look up the specials for each home stand. AJ Bombers has a special ice cream treat that has a connection to the visiting team. It's a Major League ballpark with a fun Minor League feel with all the stuff going on. It's definitely a great place to see a game as a fan.

Worst parking and lines in baseball. Got to the stadium over an hour early and sat in lines for 40 minutes just to park when we had a pre-paid "preferred parking" ticket. Then walked in ridiculously long lines just to get in the park. We missed the first inning after planning on being there an hour early. Been to many many other parks all over the country and have never had to deal with this even with sold-out big games. Very disappointing.
