I'm giving 3 stars to this store because of their designer Arlene and the floor manager Brock otherwise I would have given 1 star. Each Haverty's has same furniture and almost same pricing. The only difference is the customer service. We worked for few days with Hasnat who was very polite but then at the same time her pricing was high than what we were given by another sales person. The day we went to buy the furniture Hasnat was on off, so we worked with another guy called Mark. The dinning table that we liked had side chairs and then one can also choose armed chairs. The difference was only 10 bucks. So we decided to go for armed chairs. What should have been addition of 40 bucks, Mark wanted to charge me 150 bucks because of the group purchase etc. He did not have any customer skills. Not only we walked out of the store which we hated to do because of the great service provided by Arleen and Hasnat we bought our stuff from another Havertys and we are never going back to the one in Lewisville.

I worked with Brenda on getting "worksheet" and then the day I actually made the purchase I worked with Glenn who provided excellent customer service. He not only explained me how the warranty process works but also helped me understand the things that I need to be aware of to get the maximum out of the warranty. He showed me all the outlet furniture too, explain the tagging codes etc. He gave me all different kinds of promotions. I would highly recommend to work with Glenn next time you want to buy anything from Havertys. PS: I had been to Havertys in lewisville too and you can read my review on their google page.

I'm from Punjab and this place rocks. All the food items are delicious. I've tried several Indian places and this one is best of all in Dallas. I see some negative comments but I would not be surprised if these are from competitors. Manager treats everyone equal. Food is always delicious, spices are to the right point, the vegetable curries are delicious too. They give you free sodas and icecreams during lunch buffet. The price is very reasonable.

Their food used to be good and now with the changed menu that old taste is gone. On top of this their customer service is horrible. I ordered takeout and I asked them to give some garlic sauce to go (they give this sauce for free in restaurant). I was told that its only for dine-ins and not for to-go orders. Later they called the "Manager" who was even more rude and wanted to charge me $3 because its against their company police to give "sauce" with to-go orders. By the way this policy is no where mentioned on their website or on the menu. Later he said (in front of other customers waiting to be seated) that since I'm regular customer he will give it this time and next time he will charge me. This message was fine but the tone was totally horrible. I picked my order and I forgot to pay in the moment of frustration. Even they did not ask me. Later at 11 in the night I get a call from this guy saying that I did not pay for the order. I asked if I could come and pay tomorrow since I was sleeping with my 2 kids. He said he wants to close the register and cannot wait until tomorrow. I gave him my credit card info and that was it. The so-called manager is equally bad if not worse when it comes to customer service. I'm NEVER going to this restaurant again.

The service was lousy, rooms were not clean, shower area had soap scum. Some of the front desk people were courteous and some were irresponsible. I usually stay at Hyatt place but this time my friends wanted me to stay here since they could not find place in Hyatt and I regret following their advise.

A colleague of mine who is regular recommended me this shop when big authorized so-called dealers were charging unbelievable amounts for 25K miles service on my Honda Pilot. I was initially unsure of going to Alliance because my Pilot is 2011 and so far I've only been to authorized dealers but then I decided to give them a try. The check-in was smooth and did not have to wait. I was allowed to go near the car and watch the stuff myself. They did all detail checkup. The fluids which were good were not changed and they recommended me to get them checked on next visit which was awesome because dealers don't care about that stuff. I was out quickly. The service guy did not work on any other thing until he was done with my car. I strongly recommend Alliance. They are genius minds without any greed and that is what everyone needs in these times.

What I did not like about this place was the way their front desk was tricking patients into paying in advance. You could schedule an appointment in person for next visit and that could be 2 months away but you have to pay advance and you are told its their policy. Plus they changed their hygienists changed frequently which is not something I like. Also, they charge 25 DOLLARS for emailing X-rays whereas most of the other dentists don't charge any fee. For these reasons, I had to change my dentist.
