Life Stages
As we go through stages in our lives, our bodies change and maybe even our mindset too.
Growing up. Starting work. Getting married. Having babies. Not necessarily in that order!
Watching them grow. Watching them leave home. More work. Retirement.
And all the time getting older.
We can't change what we have done. We can't change the ageing process. What we can change is the way we deal with it.
Training your body is one way, retraining your mind to keep up with it is the perpetual wellbeing way.
