1 Low Cal Whole Grain Tortilla (80 cals)

Mashed Avocado Toast

Ingredients
¼ cup garbanzo beans
½ avocado
½ cup alfalfa sprouts
½ cup liquid egg whites
2 slices low-fat turkey bacon
salt
pepper
crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 slice Ezekial Bread


Preparation
Mash together garbanzo beans & avocado, add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
Scramble egg whites and cook bacon.
Toast Ezekial bread and top with bacon, avocado mash, alfalfa sprouts, eggs, and ENJOY!

Note: If you prefer, you can serve bacon and eggs on the side.
