And, from this Cruz supporter,  Rubio doesn't have a jowls and pasty face issue.

We read,  on the IRS website that:

"Under the Affordable Care Act, the federal government, state governments, insurers, employers and individuals are given shared responsibility to reform and improve the availability, quality and affordability of health insurance coverage in the United States"

and

"The provision applies to individuals of all ages, including children ..."

With this it becomes clear that the "individual mandate" sold by the Democratic party as a way of defraying costs associated with certain individuals' autogenic or behavioral disorders and maladies, and the IRS's "shared responsibility" legal interpretation aimed at roping all individuals into a system in order to reduce the costs incurred by some,  are essentially manifestations of fascist ideological principles historically conceived of as being at odds with our country's foundational commitment to individual liberty.

Does this fundamental legal change wrought in the individual's relationship to the state concern you at all? Or, is it just part of how you envisioned your stated goal of "fundamentally transforming America" as working out?

You also have expressed an interest in a regime of so-called positive liberty - essentially the establishment of a system of state supported life satisfactions - which will then either augment or supplant what you previously called our charter of negative liberties. A "charter of negative liberties" being our old fashioned charter which in your apparent view, merely guarantees that individuals have the legal right to be left unmolested by the government; rather than a legal system which provides them a basis upon which they may stake government backed and essentially unending claims for their personal fulfillment against the lives and energies of their fellow citizens who find themselves unfortunate enough to share a political space with them.

Would you consider that this open-ended state enforced claim against the lives of all citizens, in effect a government mandated and coerced life energies redistribution system, is also part of your original vision of fundamentally transforming America?

Would you even deny that the individual mandate, a principle state coerced collective social responsibility and solidarity, which crosses the traditional American boundary between the political realm and the private, is at core a fascist principle?

Thank you so much for your considered reply.
