Kentucky Sandwich Bake!! - It's like a "Breakfast/Lunch" thing... what's that called...like "Leakfast" or something ;) #DietStartsMondaySunday

Flatten out 1/2 your Crescent Roll dough and press into a pan. Layer Turkey (or any meat you want), Bacon, Cheese, and Tomatoes. Pour Beaten Eggs over that... then MORE Turkey, Bacon, Cheese, and Tomatoes. Top with the other half of the Dough and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. You can modify this in SO MANY ways - Enjoy!!

Baked Chicken Ranch Pasta!! - Another Easy "Middle of the Week" meal... this one is now in the rotation :)

Skillet: Saute Onions, Peppers, Garlic, Tomatoes, Spinach, Cooked Chicken and Bacon.
Saucepan: Milk, Ranch Dressing, and Cheese.

Cook your Pasta until "al dente" (underdone), add "Skillet" and stir, add "Saucepan" and Stir. Then pour ALL THAT into a baking dish, top with Cheese, and bake at 350 for 20 minutes!! Done

Bowl - Peanut Butter, Cream Cheese, Sugar, Cool Whip
Spread "Bowl" into a Pie Crust (Graham Cracker works the best), then spread a layer of Hot Fudge over the top of THAT and refrigerate for a bit. Top with Cool Whip, more hot Fudge, and MORE Peanut Butter to serve :) Enjoy!!

Skillet - Cook Ground Beef and Onions
Bowl - Mix Cream of Mushroom and Garlic Powder
In a Casserole Dish, layer: "Skillet", Peas, "Bowl", Cheese, and Tater Tots!! <----kinda fun to say out loud smile emoticon Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.... and... Enjoy!!

French Toast Wrapped Eggs...and Bacon!! These are just efficient :) ‪#‎WrappedWednesday‬

Bowl - Beaten Eggs, Cream, Cinnamon, Nutmeg
Dip the Bread in the "Bowl", and press into the Muffin Tin to make a "Bread Cup". Place Cheese in the bottom, wrap the outside in PARTIALLY COOKED Bacon, and crack an Egg in the middle. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, drizzle with honey :) Enjoy!!

Homemade Crunchwraps!! - ‪#‎TacoTuesday‬ and ‪#‎WrappedWednesday‬ all into one :)

Layer: Tortilla, Refried Beans, Cheese, Ground Beef, Corn Tortilla, and any other toppings you want (Sour Cream, Guacamole, etc...). Place a SMALLER Tortilla on top of that (use a small plate as a template to cut one) Fold up the edges and toss in the skillet until Brown... that's it!!

Avocado Stuffed Burgers!! Happy #nationalburgerday!!

Press a thin patty, top with avocado, then cover with another thin patty... pinch the edges together... well... you know how to grill a burger ;)  Enjoy!!

Best homemade Ranch - Saves you about 100 calories a serving... that's a MILE that you DON'T have to run now :)

Mayo, Sour Cream, Garlic, Dill, Parsley, Salt and Pepper!  Enjoy!

Chicken Enchilada Casserole... or Lasagna... whatever you wanna call it lol! Great use for the leftover Chicken :)

In the baking dish, layer: Enchilada Sauce, Tortillas, Beans, Chicken, Cheese, Enchilada Sauce again, and Tortillas Again. Then repeat once more... top with Cheese, cover and bake for 30 minutes at 375. Let it cool for a minute... otherwise you have "Chicken Enchilada Soup lol" - Enjoy!!
