An ok experience, but nothing amazing. Had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, even though the venue was half empty, while the waitresses chatted about their weekend activities. The venue was made out to be Italian, and it did look the part, but maybe it took it too far because it came across as dirty and unfriendly. Our waiter was friendly but would only appear every 15 minutes, so took a long time to order our meals and pay the bill. There was a very unfriendly photographer who took our photos - very rude, and even ruder and stuck-up when we declined to pay for the extra prints (as even the free print wasn't a good photo - she obviously didn't major in photography). The saving grace was that the food was quick to arrive, tasted pretty good, and there was lots of it. I wouldn't recommend the venue unless you have a dire craving for good Italian food.

Horrible service. Wait time for table and food was way too long. The waiter disappeared and never came back after serving our food. No drink refills. Saw them use filthy rags to clean tables. Just gross.

This is a great place for large family gatherings. The food is good, it's comfortable for kids. And because they serve everything family style it doesn't break the bank. They are also very good at accommodating special occasions.

We went for my birthday and although it was a great greet by the staff as we walked through the door and escort to our table. When we went to sit down, our table was dirty, that would have been ok, if the table was cleaned right and tomatoes sauce didn't dirty my blouse that I was wearing. The server greeted us and when we asked for a dessert wine he didn't know. Before I could place my cocktail order, he had rushed off to the bartender to ask about the dessert wine. When he returned, we ordered cocktail drinks and wine before the rest of our 2 guest arrived. We asked for water with our drinks. When the rest of our table arrived, we ordered appetizers, salad, entrees, bread and again our water when more cocktails were ordered. No plates were available when our appetizers arrived or our bread, no silverware was on the table so we waited a good 15mins before we could begin enjoying our meal. We had to flag down a bus boy for our needs. Even when we ordered our dessert, we had to wait to eat it for silverware. I would have ordered an after dinner cocktail and coffees but our server didn't offer or allow the time to ask before he ran off from dropping our check. He took a great occasion and made me wish we just went to Olive Garden. Dirty Table No Silverware Server unattentive Birthday dinner ruined.

Family fare gone wild. A bit pricy for pasta but the decor reminds us of my wife's grandmother (Italian). So the over the top plastic Italian has fond memories. The best dish is the Chicken Parmesan. Enjoyable but not cheap!
