Sailing Cruises this July on our 1892 vessel Leader...
*Wildlife Cruise 'West Coast of Scotland' (Saturday, July 1 — Friday, July 7)
This a seven day voyage from Oban to Mallaig. We will have a resident wildlife expert on board, who has worked with the BBC and National Geographic. We hope there will be whales, basking sharks, puffins, gannets, and guillemots, eagles, otters, red deer, and a wide range of other animals to spot.
From Leader's deck you will have panoramic views of stunning mountains, lochs and beaches.
*Scottish Music Cruise (Saturday, July 22 — Friday, July 28)

This is a seven day voyage, starting and finishing in the lovely harbourside town of Oban, which acts as a gateway to Scotland’s west coast, with its many sea lochs and off-lying Hebridean islands.

During this trip we will have some resident musicians on board to add to the atmosphere, and we encourage our musically-minded guests to take along their instruments as well. Though you do not need to be a musician or play an instrument to enjoy this voyage.

On both these voyages the islands we visit vary and range from tiny Staffa, home to Fingal’s Cave, and the Treshnish Isles with seabird colonies, to Mull and Skye with their lofty mountains.

The spectacular scenery begins before you even arrive at the boat.
If you haven't sailed with Trinity before, there is NO NEED FOR SAILING EXPERIENCE. On deck our professional team will look after you, while down below our resident cook will be serving three high quality meals a day. Either get stuck in with the sailing, or just enjoy the scenery and a glass of wine in the evening.

Thanks to Mary O'Drscoll for these two great photographs of Leader. The Causeway Coastal Route in the background at Waterfoot, in one pic, and Scotland as the background, in the distant haze, in the other.
