I think it's crazy AND I love it! It looks like a gaming PC that George Jetson would buy. I'd love to see this reach the consumer market just to get my hands on it.

Ah bummer. It totally blows that you weren't ever really recognized by people in the community for all your awesome work. You did more for me than Husky or Day 9 ever did. You were the first person I showed my friends to when they started getting into the game, and you got us all out of bronze at least :) Thank you for everything, and good luck with your future endeavors.

Orson Scott Card's political views do not and will not affect my choice to see Ender's Game. As much as I disagree with his homophobia and over-inflated Messianic ego, avoiding his movie would be just as silly to me as forgoing the works of HP Lovecraft because of his racism. Sure, one is dead and the other is still living, but their personal views and biases do not change their works of fiction or its quality.

The best sushi restaurant outside of central Salt Lake. If you're in West Valley and craving sushi, it's worth it to stop by. Rolls are reasonably priced and are made the way I like them, which is to say stuffed with the good stuff and lighter on the rice. The presentation and service were all top notch as well: as soon as our table was low on drinks, the server came by to get refills. If you're in West Valley, do yourself a favor and stop by.

Stick to ribs food with a friendly staff. Food quality was what you'd expect from a popular food truck. I had the Garbage Fries when I went, which were so good my mouth is watering thinking about them! I had them with some pulled pork added, and it was enough for me and my wife to share. I'll be making a return, as they have a lot of unique and tasty sounding options. They have a potato bar, where you pick out what you want and they are baked onto your potato like a burrito at Cafe Rio. I'll definitely be making a return trip to see what all their options are! Staff was friendly and attentive. It's a sit yourself kind of place, but the manager made her way into the dining area to make sure everybody was comfortable and enjoying their meals. I really want this place to succeed, and they're in a tricky part of Jordan Landing to stay afloat. Do yourself a favor and go there with you and your friends and family. They have some really good comfort food and a wide enough menu to cover all the bases. I'm sure if they keep up their level of service and quality of food, you won't be disappointed.

Nothing about this place is extraordinary, but what it does it does really well. The sushi is fresh and tasty, and as of this writing the pricing is right with their Happy Hour deals. The deep fried rolls are by far some of the crispiest I've had, and I mean that in the way that fried chicken is extra crispy. If that's something you'd like in a sushi roll, these are awesome. I don't care for it myself, but they weren't bad. The ramen is top notch. They have several selections and all are very tasty and stick to your ribs. Again, this may not be the best Japanese cuisine in Utah, but it's still very good. If you're in Sandy and you're tired of traveling into Salt Lake for some good ramen and sushi, make a trip to Mt. Fuji.

TLDR: Best Ramen in Utah. Hands down. Step up your game Tosh. First off, Tonkotsu has the best atmosphere of any ramen restaurant I've been to in Salt Lake. The restaurant is comfy and clean, the seating is sensible and roomy, and the staff is helpful and prompt. I've been several times and each time the staff has nearly fallen over itself trying to be serviceable. Now, on to the good stuff, the FOOD! I've had a couple of their appetizers, and I was most impressed with the gyoza. It was smoky and savory and awesome. The ramen itself is complex and delicious: the tonkotsu ramen is rich and smooth, and the shoyu has a quality like freshly baked bread. The pork is cooked incredibly well: it's not soggy like other restaurants, but instead tastes like crisp carnitas. The only complaint heard on my table was my wife didn't care for the pickled bamboo, as it was too sweet and gingery for her liking. I thought it added a nice counterpoint to the salty broth, but it may be something to note. All in all, Tonkotsu adds the best option to what is a niche food scene in Salt Lake. Other restaurants are certainly great, but as far as atmosphere AND food are concerned, Tonkotsu takes the cake.
