All I can think is: "Snapple! The iced tea brewed by hippies, but distributed by a heartless multinational corporation."

First of all, the repair: I mangled the screen to my laptop (Technically, it was the cat). They repaired it in under the 20 minutes promised (they had my screen in stock) and for the expected cost advertised on their website. No additional fees or delays. Can't ask for more than that. The laptop works perfectly and they provide a year warranty (for their work and product, not feline-based mayhem). The staff was friendly, compassionate, and inspired confidence in their work. I didn't feel like I was a hiccup in the staff's otherwise smooth day, which is the vibe I often get from the repair staff at a big box store. The reception and office were immaculate, which seems a strange thing to say, but again, it made me feel confident about the company with which I was leaving my computer. Everything about this company was 100% professional. In the case of a damaged screen, you can call ahead to see if they have your particular monitor in stock, which I did and recommend, just because it's good to know if it will be twenty minutes or over-night before you drop off your computer. The staff was also friendly and patient on that phone call as well, for the record. I had a thoroughly positive experience and would gladly recommend VitalTech to friends. Now I just have to teach my cat that my laptop isn't one of his toys.
