Fine dining at it's best, and affordable. Some of the absolute best food you'll find anywhere. We've tried multiple items on the menu, and every single item is delicious. Make One 20 Bistro your next dining choice. And now they have added Sunday Brunch. Chef Dan and his staff have cornered the market on great!

OK... I'm a snob when it comes to restaurants. After all, I live in Niceville, FL and have access to the best restaurants anywhere. Dining is a pleasure and while I don't mind paying for fine dining, food must be "worth the price". I also enjoy nice ambience but am not willing to sacrifice my palate for a view. I don't go to restaurants alone I go to enjoy whomever is joining me so their satisfaction is important. One Twenty is the little hole in the wall restaurant that turns into pure joy while you're there. The atmosphere could be quite noisy if they had been packed but it was a Tuesday and only 4 or 5 tables were occupied. My son was my guest. He works at a bar in Destin and has a similar snobbiness about him... must be hereditary. The staff was great from the time we entered to the time we left the parking lot. They have a small menu but Chef Dan changes it up every now and then. As you walk out smiling and happy come down to Rocky Bayou and we'll walk for the atmosphere but we'll talk about the meal!! This is a must try, must talk about treasure!

This place has only been open for 1 1/2 years but Dan has made a big impression on this little community. The bistro is small but it makes you feel like its more personal and they want you to stay and enjoy yourself instead of feeling like your a number trying to be pushed out like every other place in niceville. The food is fantastic also, pick at random and you will have an equally great dish. my only hit is the small menu but the quality really makes up for it. Why do 100 things sub par when you could do 10 things Fantastic!
