I was returning the mattress I bought less than 24 hrs ago that has not been used. I had the worst experience in my entire life @ the return/exchange department. They didn't care about the customer from the cashier to the manager. They all acted very unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone buying anything @ Ikea Burbank..

TERRIBLE, LYING, DECEITFUL SALES PRACTICES! Used to love Ikea till I purchased a Moshult mattress from them. The manager Nairi and sales associated Herman assured me it was "fully refundable." It caused severe back and neck pain so I brought it back ten days later. When speaking to the manager Natalee, and return manager Mañana, I was told the mattress was "fully refundable...for store credit." All associates ever deny saying the mattress was fully refundable, though they continued to say it was fully refundable...for store credit. And of course, I was then told to read the find print on my receipt. Saying an item is "fully refundable" and saying an item is "store credit only" are two radically different things. More shocking was another couple in front of me with the exact same problem. Verbatim. The employees denied everything. I am shocked and dismayed Ikea would resort to used car salesmen tactics. Best of all, I went to the mattress department right after and asked an employee the return policy. He said "fully refundable." I wish I had recorded him. Never buy an Ikea mattress. The employees are beyond poorly trained. Very very disappointed in this store

1st time customer. Bought a couch and a drawer spending almost $1500. Didn't have a good experience when I was buying them. First of all they told me that I have to pay for delivery then I have to go down to their warehouse and get all the parts for my drawer and put them in a shipping section so they'll be shipped out to me, which didn't make sense cause I was getting a couch also and they had to be delivered together. After talking with few customer service representatives, I finally reached to a manager who told me that I was right, which was obvious, and they will pick everything and deliver together. My order came in time, but one of the items was missing and another one was damaged badly. I brought it back to Ikea. After waiting 15 min. In the line, I was I'd reached to the customer service representative who told me that I have to wait another 15-20 minutes till she call and someone will bring them. That's what I'm doing now: waiting and writing a review for a company that I'll never use anymore.

I am a customer of IKEA. And I didn't have any bad evidence till now. I respect all employees of IKEA. Usually I love Burbank city, because there are a lot free parking lot, and we will enjoy with my family all time over there.

FRUSTATION!!! is an understatement when I tell you is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to get a real person on the phone when you have a question pertinent to an item you saw on line and like to inquire about it before making a trip to the store, specially if you live 20 miles away. IKEA customer service is non existent no one EVER answers the phone I waited up to 20 minutes to talk to someone about a piece of furniture I wanted to buy.....a recorded message comes on and it just goes on and on and on forever.... So forget it if you bought something and need to inquire about delivery or anything else IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN YOU WILL DIE OF FRUSTRATION FIRST.....horrible and rude service whats the point of having a phone number on their website is no one cares to ever answer it

Don't buy stuff there. I spend 1k there, drove 60 miles back and forward because all items were damaged and had wrong parts. They exchanged it and the next set also came defective. Place sucks. Manager gave me 20$ cash for gas... That's why I gave it one star. If it wasn't for 20$ I d give it 0 stars. F**k ikea!!!

I like the store, but the service can be great or awful. Three weeks ago, I spotted a rug, hanging with 5 others of the same kind. After a real quest I finally found a sale associate, who informed me to come back next weekend, because the rugs in display, cannot be sold. The next Saturday I car back, this time only 2 rugs were hanging, conclusion, 4 were sold. This time I felt that I was made fun of, so I ask to speak to a manager, who took 10 minutes to show up. This time I was told that the displays could not be sold on Sunday. We wee a Saturday, following my principle that it is a waste of time to speak with st...d people I left.

Your typical Ikea. i liked the fact there was parking across the street. staff was generally helpful. Got all i needed here. My checkout guy was pretty chill to talk to. i don't know it's an ikea. you know what you're getting into. that maze of a store & spending too much money :(
