You know what's a bad sign? When you're a state legislature, and you pass what's clearly an unconstitutional law that criminalizes using technology to "annoy or offend" others -- and then you have to scramble after-the-fact to amend the bill you already passed. Lorraine Quarberg is here to tell you what's healthy and what ain't: "I don’t think there’s anyone in this room today what [sic] would come up here and say that this country is in good...

I bought a used Civic two months ago (May 2014) from Tom Cerise at Inver Grove Honda. Civics have treated me well in the past so when I spotted one on Craigslist with the equipment I prefer (stick shift), I jumped on it. I appreciated how chill Tom was during the process. The only thing that could have prevented me from buying the car would have been an overly aggressive sales pitch or too many upsell attempts. After two months of driving the car, I started hearing some noise coming from the wheels. Tom, by coincidence, contacted me for a 45 day checkup at this time so I explained the situation to him. Even though the dealer was not obligated in any way, I was able to bring the vehicle in for a free inspection. So that was cool. I definitely will consider these guys for my next Honda... D
