I had accepted my sorrow about how disappointing gluten free Italian food was after being diagnosed with celiac disease last year. I'd tried many brands of pasta and different options at various restaurants, and the best I could find could only be described as decent-for gluten free. So I accepted that I would just not have really great pasta again. Then I had dinner at Abrusci's. The GF selections are extensive, the staff is knowledgeable and accommodating, and the food is fantastic. I ordered penne with gorgonzola cream sauce, and it was the best GF meal I have enjoyed since my diagnosis. Highly recommended for anyone, but especially for anyone eating gluten free!

We regularly go to Abrusci's and love it. It is consistent and the staff is very friendly and attentive. My wife is vegan, my brother can't do wheat, and we all find something we love. The garlic appetizer is amazing!

I would highly recommend dining at Abrusci's Restaurant for lunch or dinner. Great food and wonderful service. Large portions with good prices. If you like Italian Food you will love what Abrusci's has to offer on their menu. Love it!

We live in Littleton and when my wife was flying home from a business trip, I suggested we meet in the middle for dinner (she coming from DIA). It was an early Sunday evening, and we had a phenomenal dinner marred only by the fact that we brought our 22 month old daughter as well. Nonetheless, our server took wonderful care of us and was more than tolerant of our youngest who did not want to sit still. I had the specialty of the house (kind of like a penne rustica, but much better and served baked with a layer of cheese on teh suggestion of our server). It was great! Good pairing with the house chianti as well. I would go back in a heartbeat and am jealous of some friends who live just around the corner.

Too pricey for what you get. Kids menu items are $9. Basic pasta and sauce is $14, so when my 2-year-old and I ate here, I decided to try the "family size" spaghetti for $23, thinking the leftovers would be nice for the same price as an adult and kids entree. I don't know what kind of family it's supposed to feed, as the two of us had no trouble finishing it. It was good but not great. Staff was very friendly and attentive, and made me feel welcome with my small child despite the fancy atmosphere. I just didn't plan on spending $35 (after one beer and tip) on an average pasta dinner. I didn't add a side salad or anything, so I don't feel like the value was very good. Maybe I'll give it another chance when my wife and I are looking for a fancy date spot. I know a single menu item isn't enough to fully judge a restaurant by, but there are so many great places in the area that I'm not sure I'll be compelled to return.

My Husband and I enjoyed the best dinner at Abrusci's Saturday night. We found every bit of our experience at Abrusci's to be top notch. The location and parking are very convenient. It was a busy night when we were there and we sat at the bar while we waited for our table (only about 5 minutes), the bar tender was pleasant and suggested a Peroni Italian beer, which was very refreshing. We were impressed with the seating area, very clean and nicely decorated, a great atmosphere. Our server was prompt, and made a great wine suggestion (I don't remember what it was, I guess I liked it too much!). Our food was great, tasted very authentic. I would highly recommend Abrusci's for a date night, or couples night out.

Abrusci's is an absolute must visit! I have a severe case of Celiac disease and I react not just to gluten in food but also cross contamination. I have eaten at Abrusci's for years and never have had a bad reaction. After being gluten free (and therefore Italian food free!) for a long time, I was elated to find a place that will make me specially prepared (not only gluten free, but diary free!) dishes, breads and desserts. I would highly recommend them to anyone, gluten free or not, seeking amazing, comforting Italian food and/ or catering for a special event. They even feature farm fresh local foods and essential oils!
