Monday Night Yoga!! 7pm, Prana Flow style class... that means we move through a creative and dynamic posture practice, and melt into rest and deep stretches toward the end.... all with an emphasis on connecting with your body wisdom, deepening meditation practice, and heightening connection with Prana - life energy.
