Introduction
At 6.3 feet tall (1m 92 cm) and a weight of 152 lbs (69 kg) I was always the tallest and the skinniest guy and my body was simply not made to have any muscles and strength.

But luckily for me, at the age of 21, I discovered bodybuilding and since then I'm constantly working out, discovering more and more things about my body and about Fitness in general. I have been through both bulking and cutting phases and learned that having a proper nutrition is crucial for looking good and staying healthy.

I always loved writing articles and browsing the web so it was clear that one day I will combine these 2 passions and have my own Fitness Website.

Currently I am the proud owner of Body-Buildin.com, a place where I write about various Fitness topics, helping and motivating people to reach their goals!

I found out that the so called functional strength that doesn't transfer with machines is a total BS. I have had numerous injuries over the course of my bodybuilding career and had to replace free weights movements with machines for months at the time, when i came back to free weights again I had not only lost any strength but got stronger.
