I stayed at many different hotels in the inner harbor for Otakon over many years. But once I stayed at the Holiday Inn I never changed hotels again. Friendly staff, decent sized rooms, free internet, fridge, and microwave in the rooms. Plus it is very close to the convention center. As the convention moves to D.C. I will miss this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and staff was very attentive. The only downfall was the restaurant was not open. I was told it was due to low occupancy in the hotel. This did change our plans for the day and was a minor inconvience. Also upset because it was noted on the website kids eat free. I didn't see anything about not opening because of low guest count. The kids had fun in the pool and loved looking over onto the street. We would stay again

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was professional and helpful. Definitely a top choice for Baltimore.

Customer service is fantastic. The rooms are decent but could use an update. The biggest problem is the location of being in the city and next to a fire house so it can be noisy at times but the trade off is being in walking distance of the inner harbor.

I realize that the large price tag is mostly for the convenience of staying so close to the Inner Harbor area, but I would have liked to have gotten a little more for my money. The room was small, but at least it was clean. Don't eat at the restaurant in the lobby. It's overpriced for what should be the continental breakfast.

Place is okay...has all the extras of a 3 star hotel but seems more like a 2 star hotel. I stayed in the West Tower...several items in my 10th floor room could or should be updated our repaired. I got a last minute reduced rate online so I was pleased. Also 10hrs in the hotel parking garage was an extra $28.

The first thing you need to know about Holiday Inn Inner Harbor is the fact it has no professional management, period. No concierge service, either. The eden restaurant kitchen staff are having a good time in the kitchen, evident from their yelling and loud laughing that can be heard across the restaurant, which translates in your order being wrong. I ordered for breakfast steak and scrambled eggs, and they brought me sunny side up. Asked for no butter on toasts, they went ahead and buttered the toast. Sent the order back, got scrambled eggs, and butter toast again, and the steak was cold at this point. What's the point of sending it back again! As you would expect, the food was mediocre at best. Try the Dotties Cafe if you like a cashier that never smiles, never heard of " yes, please, and thank you".. you would find a better trained staff at a dollar store or even a fast food joint, but not in this hotel. The front desk staff were rude, and never said good morning, and like the cafe, never heard of " yes, please, and thank you". It's obvious they don't have a trained director of operations nor an active manager or a general manager for that matter. If they do, they are busy browsing the Internet, or sleeping on the job. I have you enjoy cigarette and weed smell on non-smoke floors, because that's exactly what you will get. My floor was a non-smoking floor and it stank like a full-ashtray! Disgusting. The only people worthy of respect in this property were security staff and the house keeping ladies, they were accommodating, well mannered, and attentive. Stay at Marriott, it's next door, and save your money, because this place is pathetic, and they don't want your business.
