Great time on our start to our honeymoon. Our room was spacious and everything was clean and our prices were fair. Look where you are... the inner harbor. Its called paying for accessiblity. The staff was top notch and super friendly. From front desk to restaurant. I would recommend this hotel.

Priceline express deal 3 star inner harbor total was 68 bucks so I got a great deal! No complaints! :) It's just Definitely NOT a 4 star like their site says. but comfortable enough for a 3 star, nothing fancy, but not shabby either. Rusted bathtub drain, ugly carpeting, uncomfortable bed and rough dingy towels. BUT it was clean, the room smelled fresh, not musty at all, nice tv, pleasant staff. If they were to upgrade they're furniture and fixtures, carpet and move locations lol the view sucks it would be much better. Reminded me of a quality inn more then a Sheraton.

Just checked in and will never return. Could not find entrance due to construction. First room lock was filled with water and could not open the door. Second room has a humming loud air conditioner....but at least I have some air. My brother's room had a dirty toliet with visible feces on the rim and seat and no air. This place was on the patients list for the hospital and this is why we are here. Never again. ...we will do the Marriott which is right across the street.

The room was very clean but there were some issues regarding a worn out chair and chipped paint, which made the room look undesirable. I sent a comment to the staff and it was all taken care of the same day. I was very pleased with their prompt response. The hotel is in a great location. Highly recommended. They have a good pool and gym sauna, and the wifi is free. Breakfast ins not include. Great staff.

Stayed there with my family, and we'll NEVER come back. Ok, so here's how it goes... First off, the room was quite small, and one of the beds was broken. Additionally, the toilet was about 2 inches off the ground, and the seat was about 2 sizes smaller than the actual toilet!! Also, it was near impossible to get into the damn bathroom because the door couldn't open all the way because the shower curtain rod was in the way! (and the bathroom was about 2'x2'). I CANNOT recommend this place to ANYONE. IF we come back to Baltimore, we'll stay in the Mariott across the street.

A very physically attractive hotel. It was great experienced service. I would stay more often if the prices were lower.
