I realize that the large price tag is mostly for the convenience of staying so close to the Inner Harbor area, but I would have liked to have gotten a little more for my money. The room was small, but at least it was clean. Don't eat at the restaurant in the lobby. It's overpriced for what should be the continental breakfast.

Generally all hotels in the us have been excessively pricey for waaaaay less than you would get in other countries. The suites are in the west builiding and right next to the elevators... You can hear every time the elevator is used... Hotel a bit old but generally clean Gym is thw best one ive seen so far. Good cardio, weights and machines. Its in the inner harbour so its close to fed hill. For the price i wouldnt stay here again

Great location in the city. Parking is extra, that is a bit annoying.

The first thing you need to know about Holiday Inn Inner Harbor is the fact it has no professional management, period. No concierge service, either. The eden restaurant kitchen staff are having a good time in the kitchen, evident from their yelling and loud laughing that can be heard across the restaurant, which translates in your order being wrong. I ordered for breakfast steak and scrambled eggs, and they brought me sunny side up. Asked for no butter on toasts, they went ahead and buttered the toast. Sent the order back, got scrambled eggs, and butter toast again, and the steak was cold at this point. What's the point of sending it back again! As you would expect, the food was mediocre at best. Try the Dotties Cafe if you like a cashier that never smiles, never heard of " yes, please, and thank you".. you would find a better trained staff at a dollar store or even a fast food joint, but not in this hotel. The front desk staff were rude, and never said good morning, and like the cafe, never heard of " yes, please, and thank you". It's obvious they don't have a trained director of operations nor an active manager or a general manager for that matter. If they do, they are busy browsing the Internet, or sleeping on the job. I have you enjoy cigarette and weed smell on non-smoke floors, because that's exactly what you will get. My floor was a non-smoking floor and it stank like a full-ashtray! Disgusting. The only people worthy of respect in this property were security staff and the house keeping ladies, they were accommodating, well mannered, and attentive. Stay at Marriott, it's next door, and save your money, because this place is pathetic, and they don't want your business.

Front desk staff were nice but hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Parking is a nightmare and costs $28. You can't get food after 10pm (they don't even have snack vending machines), so if you arrive later, you're SOL. Rooms are a decent size and clean enough. Breakfast buffet for 2 adults was $35 and it took forever for someone to seat us (about 10 mins before they even came to the front to see if anyone was waiting) or come to our table. Good location but wouldn't stay here again, would try another hotel.

This was a an ideal venue for the Annual General Meeting of the Women Graduates-USA. Extremely accomodating. Special credit goes to the Banquet staff of Mitch, Mario, Jamar, Rock, Ronnie and Caesar. The Kitchen staff was great, too. Thanks to Mike W, Andrea F and John J. I definitely would recommend this to others.

This place was comfy and clean. However, don't bring children here. Every time the elevator door opened on a floor including the floor of our room all we smelled was WEED. And walking around at night were half naked women, so you know what they are. The football team little boys couldn't stop drooling
