OK, so I needed to get in touch with the local office. The problem is that there's no posting of it in the phone book or online. Phone customer service from the 800 number is worthless. They can't even tell me the local phone number, but instead want me to jump through all of these other hoops (call the shipper and request an alternate drop off, create a MyUPS account and log in...). Overly complicated when all I want is to make a direct phone call.
