I haven't been here in so long!! After a couple days ago from going, I will not go here anymore. I used to go here a lot as a kid. But now you have to pay within a card?!? The card literally steals your money. I did not know how to use the card. It was way better when they had the tokens.. You did not know the game was starting when putting in the card. Absolutely horrible. It's a money stealing machine there. I will no longer go to this place. & the workers will play around in the Arcade center instead of doing their job too.

Their mobile website is very misleading about their hours. It says they're open 12-9, but really most of the place is closed until 4 in the afternoon. My guess is they want to lure people in and once they arrive and there's nothing else to do, they'll spend money in the arcade. It's very disappointing when a company does business like this. As my upset son said, "It would be like saying a restaurant's hours are 12-9, but you get there and they tell you they don't serve food until 4."

My husband and I have been going to mountasia since we've been kids and yes it was not the cleanest place but it was worth the while and they have mini golf. It's still in the same conditions except now the management is incredibly rude. Everything is off a card instead of coins and tickets and their prices went through the roof. If a game doesn't work they check your card and go off that. We had two different games take the points and didn't work but they did nothing about it. For the price you pay you might as will go to Dave and Busters or Chuck E Cheese. Don't waste your money here. They definitely need better employees.

New management cares about customer concerns. Major revamping of the whole place underway. Buy the day pass online before you go!

Under new ownership it really went down hill. My favorite part is the big sign on the front door saying "NO CRIMINALS CAN BRING GUNS" .... WHAT?!?! I know this place is in the hood, i didnt know they had a gun problem! I WILL NOT BE HERE AGAIN!!!!!

New ownership screwed up everything. Used to love this place but now I'm not sure if I wanna go again. Luckily there's an ITZ in town.

Sorry excuse for an arcade. Don't waste your money like me. Half the games didn't work correctly and the other half wouldn't accept the play card you put money on. I can't vouch for the outdoor activities (go-karts, bumper boats, batting cages) as my son wasn't tall enough to partake, but if your going for the arcade do yourself a favor and go to Chuck E Cheese or Dave and Busters.

The place is alright but it could be better. I went and bought a new card and I wanted to add onto it and it said I only had 20 points when I actually had 30. it sucked.

Boomers! Houston hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
