Loads of handcrafted ales & lagers pair with pub grub in spacious digs with weekend brewery tours.- Google
"We went for the Saturday afternoon brewery tour, which was short and sweet."
"Included a beer tasting and a pint glass so not a bad value for $10."

Boycott this place. They are owned by InBev. totally sold out to the corporate suits. And this brewery was the first "craft" to fall, starting this alarming trend of AB InBev acquisitions. Don't reward them for it. The beer isn't that great anyways and guess what...it's not even brewed here most likely, brewed at one of Budweisers plants in Colorado, Missouri, New Jersey most likely. Plenty of true crafts to support elsewhere.

Goose Island off Clybourn is one of my favorite bars in the city. They always have a continuous rotation of new, fresh beers on their menu in addition to their core beers. I've even run into the owner John Hall a few times! They have this great loyalty program called the Master of Brewing Appreciation where you try 45 different beers there and they give you a t-shirt & your name on the wall plaque. It's also great because you earn free growlers along the way, so make sure to sign up!

Beer list was pretty large and the beers I tried were good (Guest Worker and Autobahn). The atmosphere is comfortable and pub like. Food was acceptable, the Cuban and burgers all got passes from our group. Cole slaw was definitely lacking and the fries were just OK. Appetizers were good, I recommend the bread with bacon jam. If I come back it will be for the beer and because they have a parking lot.

Great beers, decent food, a great page to get a drink and a burger. I usually try to have the specialty beers not sold anywhere else. I keep coming back, it is easier for me to visit the Wrigley location but this is the original.

Goose Island has a good deal for touring the brewery, which I've done a few times. They take you to the back rooms and educate you on the brewing process, and then you go to a tasting room where you sample 6 beers, many of which are experimental or limited edition. You also get to take home a free pint glass. The tour is only $10 and great for visitors.

Service was great. The beer flights are awesome! They have a couple of veggie foods. I ate the veggie burger and it's honestly one of the best I've ever had. Hope to go back soon.

I really like Goose Island. Lovely atmosphere. Good food (some excellent), friendly folks and good beer. Some of the beer here, I admit, isn't great, but there are plenty of special finds if you ask for tastes and recommendations. Don't be afraid to try a couple before settling. And I promise pretty much everything aged in whisky barrels is a win. Did the brewery tour once - $10 pp, on Saturdays, you get the tour, brewmaster-led tasting and a pint glass. It was one of the better tours I've attended information and format-wise, though admittedly I didn't love all or even most of the beers we sampled.
