Here at Eagle Point Apartments we understand that people make mistakes. In fact, we have taken it upon ourselves to put stainless steel appliances in select apartments, so if a sauce jar slips and makes a mess, at least clean up will be easy.

The greatest asset in these apartments is that they accept 2 pets. It goes downhill from there. Management is perfectly happy if they don't hear complaints. If you do complain about the noise that is above from 4pm-12 pm, or that the light in the bathroom shuts off after 5-10 during your shower, or that the inner structure is flaking off in chunks , or that people don't pick up their pet's poop ( RULE ABOUT THAT), or that people upstairs get lit then fire up the grill on the terrace (RULE AGAINST GRILL USE ON TERRACE) plus throw their cigarettes just below on the ground(RULE ABOUT THAT TOO), The microwave clearly warns against installing it against the wall over the stove (it's installed against the wall over the stove), water changes temperature in the shower when other people use theirs in neighboring apartments, people park any way they feel like, and dogs are not always on the leash. After just one month management wanted me out of there just as much as I wanted to leave. But one thing was certain, they didn't want to hear about the problems.

I been living here for almost a year and I absolutely love it! Awesome facilities and great recreational areas (pools, tennis and basketball courts). The staff here is awesome, really professional and nice. The maintenance response is really quick, If there is any problem they would fix it. If we had more stars I would give them more.

The worst apartments I have ever rented. It is dangerous for your health to live here. Firstly, sorry for mistakes I have made writing this feedback. English is my second language. I have lived in many places, most of them had noise issues. I understand that it is not possible to completely insulate a house from the noise. I am an unpretentious person though and have never complained. But the Eagle Point apartments are standing out. The house where I currently live has zero noise insulation. I clearly hear every word that my neighbors say if they were in the same room with me. I've learned too many private things about my neighbors even I did not want to. Floors are not just squeaky. I would take that. They thunder. Every step of upstairs neighbors sounds like a gun shot. Because of the noise issue I have been sleeping only 2-3 hours a day for several months still I settled at the Eagle Point apartments. Once I did not sleep three nights in a row because my upstairs neighbors walked all the nights. On the third night I had a high blood pressure attack for the first time in my life. By the way, all my neighbors are nice and quiet people. They just speak and walk like most people do. I cannot ask them not to speak at all or to fly instead of walking. I've asked landlords several times ether to fix this problem or let me go without financial fee. They just got annoyed with "unreasonable" requests. All they were able to say that there are 300 apartments at the complex and they cannot satisfy every one. Finally, after my car's window was broken at the apartments' parking spot they called me and offered another apartment at the same complex. They said that a quality of the houses is not a part of their service, the houses are too dated and they can do nothing with that. Thanks a lot! That's enough for me. My lease expires in two months, I'll just get out of there. If you do not care about your health, your privacy and safety then go ahead and settle at the Eagle Point apartments. In the other case there are a lot of opportunities in the same area with way better service for the same price. P.S. For Grey Star managers. The quality of the houses that you rent out is a part of your service. Tenants pay for that as well. It is the shame not to know that. For me the Grey Star company is the big red flag now. Never again.

Hi Andrew! Thank you again for your feedback. I just want to make sure we are both understanding the circumstances. You have requested that we fix the noise issue, but insist your neighbors are not noisy people. Again, there is nothing we can do to fix the original construction of the building. We have been upstairs to evaluate any squeaking and determined the flooring is fine. I have responded to every concern you have brought to our attention. I understand that your decision is to move at the end of your lease and that is a fully acceptable decision, please be sure to submit your notice per the terms of your lease agreement. In the meantime, if there is a request you would like us to address, please let us know by either stopping in the office or giving us a call. Thank you! Emma and the other lady who is leaving today where extremely rude when I had asked for them to solve the problems we are having with a roof leak and heating problem... instead of treating me like a person, addressing the problem, and giving me a peice of mind it turned into a full blown argument! Customer service sucks here! The maintenance men came in a defused the situation by saying they where fixing the problem. Then she had the audacity to say that because they where men I responded better-- it's because the said they where fixing the problem instead of giving me attitude! For all I know they are shooting pool and having a drink, but they said they where fixing it so it gave me a piece of mind. No excuses as to why, but how they where fixing it. Our move in date was the 11th by the way-- you would think they would do everything to keep you liking the place... oh and man oh man where they nice before they got our money! They really need to rethink customer service at this place. Seek elsewhere to live. Matinence men just fixed the heating problem. Guess it was my fault, I didn't know there was a delay in the heater-- that says something else... shouldn't they have known that for dumb uneducated people like me? Sorry I'm just a little pissed with how the front office has treated my girlfriend and I. The place looks great it's just customer service needs tremendous improvement in the front office. Have a wonderful and blessed day.

Hi Christopher! I know we have already spoken about the issues you had when you moved in, but I wanted to make sure I addressed your review. Again, I am so sorry for the leak that occurred the day you moved in. I want to assure you that your apartment was thoroughly walked prior to your move in and the issues you experienced were not present at the time. At this point, everything has been taken care of and I hope you guys are happy! Please be sure to look out for our newsletters with updated information and our resident functions throughout the year. If you need to speak with me again, please feel free to give me a call. Thank you! I live on the 3rd floor and I love the place. My apartment is cozy. My neighbors are quiet. The maintenance is awesome and very organized. I love the staff in the office because they are very helpful to me and they are always welcoming to me. I am a first time renter and college student and the prices are great! I don't think I will have any problems throughout my lease. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a low cost, quiet apartment to live in.

The apartment was just in my price range for the size. Neighbors are friendly and always willing to help. I've enjoyed living here and had no real problems. I love the service I get from the front office and couldn't be happier. If I do have a problem with the rent or anything all I have to do is talk to them and they help me out as much as they can. I'm new to Albuquerque so their free movie rental, free WiFi, and little gym help me out a lot as I try to get my stuff situated. That is so far my experience here.

I have a couple of months living here & boy oh boy do I regret it!!! Horrible service!!! So my stove works some days & other days it doesn't. About a month ago I called the maintenance guy to let him know & he assured he was going to come fix it that same day.... I went down to the office just to let them know & make sure my problem was fixed. Sure enough some lady from the office (she no longer works at the office anymore) took down my information & assured it was going to get fixed that same day due to the fact that it wasn't the first time my stove didn't work. I left to work comfortable trusting my stove was going to be ready to use when I came home for lunch, not to mention I wasn't able to cook that morning... Actually the WHOLE day! I come home & yes you guessed it ! My stove was still not working ! I called the maintenance guy & I asked him why my stove wasn't working if I had notified them since the morning... His response, " This is an emergency number only, the only reason I took your call was because I didn't recognize your number, is this an emergency? Are you bleeding ? Is your roof leaking?" I couldn't believe he asked me if I was bleeding !!! Like seriously!!?? I was really irritated, more like furious!! Guess who fixed the stove ? I DID!!!! It took me a couple of hours to fix it, I stayed up late trying to figure it out. That's not my job, my job is to pay my rent & keep this apartment clean, nothing more. A couple of days passed & I went down to the office when I trusted myself to be respectful. I don't want to say names but oh Lord the lady from the office was CARELESS!!! It's just a waste of time & money, She didn't do anything about it. I went down to the office again last week & I mentioned the horrible experience, the lady in the office seemed to care more & she actually got someone to come & take a look at it because when I got home from work there was a work order paper on the stove that said "cord was lose" ummmm it still is that's why I still have problems with my stove. I thank her for caring more & actually doing her job. Another thing, it's so cold in my living room, the door shuts close but there's cracks, big ones & all the cold air comes in. I'm really regretting living here & making a contract. It's only been about 4 months & I'm anxiously waiting for my contract to be over.

Hi Gaby! Thank you for the feedback! I am so sorry you experienced these issues with your stove. I know last time you came in Leanna was able to get the guys over to your apartment to find the issue with your stove, I am glad you were happier with the customer service this last time, we are trying! In your review, it alludes to the fact that the stove might still have an issue? I sent the guys back up last week to follow up and they were told everything was fine. Can you please take the time to come down to the office or give me a call so we can make sure this is taken care of to your satisfaction at this point? Thank you! There is nothing to like about these apartments, lived here for over 2 and a half years and was fine up until the end. They let go of the staff that was worth keeping, nonetheless these apartments were built in the 40s and have major plumbing issues. They are the worst when dealing with complex situation s such as a hole in the roof caused by a snowstorm. They will boot your cars if not parked in the appropriate spot, will charge an excessive fee for anything in the apartment after you clean it and leave it the way you moved in. They are worst at upkeep in grounds because there is dog feces everywhere. My suggestion. Is to find somewhere more appreciative and attentive to your needs and not rip you off and take your hard earned money when all they care about is filling in the apartments
