I shall do! Thanks Rob
100 Day Challenge.   As of today, there are exactly 100 days left in the year.   I challenged members of the Entrepreneurs Community to take a "100 day Challenge: - to publicly state what they intend to accomplish in the next 100 days.    Lot's of people expressed interest, but I am not sure if anyone else has done it yet.   I can't make the challenge, however, and not do it myself, so here is mine.   I have a feeling this 100 days is going to go by quickly.    So what about you?  What do you intend to accomplish in the next 100 days?

----

1.  Secure an anchor client - most likely for my contract project management / acceleration services, ideally with complimentary interests - such as an application development or small business development.OR find a partner willing to finance an existing project or venture in exchange for equity or services that will provide a reasonable amount of in.come for no less than six months.

2.  Build and "continually work" a CRM system/procedures that works for me.  Make a record for all new contacts of significance, record with a note all communications with them, and plan for the "next action" with each as appropriate.

3.  Transition all social media activities from being "stream centric" to being "people centric".  Worry less about what platform they happen to be posting on - if they are worthy of my attention then it shouldn't matter where they are expressing themselves.  I intend to spend more time reading the blogs and posts of others, listening to them and "figuring out what makes people tick".

4.  Continual "community building" activities with the objective of building a "global community of entrepreneurs".   The Google+ Entrepreneurs Community will likely be the focal point for this effort but it will also be a platform independent initiative and may be diffuse across several interlocking networks.

5.  Work on the World-Startups.com site every day until I figure out exactly what it is supposed to be.  That system has been around for several years now - and in some ways it is better than anything out there but it doesn't have natural traction and I need to understand why.  I have the feeling it could be something significant, but if this is not clearly in view by 100 days from now, I will shut it down.

6.  Learn how to make, edit and communicate by video as best I can.  Produce (but not necessarily publish) no less than two videos each week, hopefully more.

7.  Have a complete and clear plan for the "MicroVenture Acceleration Program" including intake procedures, course content outlines, and sample lessons.  Identify both people interested in providing content for the program, and people interested in participating in the program.

8.  Produce a working prototype for the "P2P Social CRM Project".

9.  Define no less than 1000 terms for linguistic stealth project X.   Make the purpose of the project immediately obvious to anyone who visits the website.

10. Launch at least one Crowd-funding campaign - project TBD.

11. Organize, clean and simplify my apartment / office on a daily basis - no exceptions!   Success will be mostly measured by how much I throw out.  I intend to examine every item I own over the next 100 days to determine if I want to keep it.  Also I want to instill the habit of keeping it organized after I get it that way.

12. Exercise and/or yoga everyday

13. Lose 10 pounds.

Accomplishing 30 days of no excuses . The day will come when you least expect it and BOOM you did it! What?! Wow! I would recommend everyone challenge themselves to develop a new habit for themselves. It wont be EASY by any definition but it will make your life EASIER in the long run. Remember, good habits come with great difficulty, but create an easier life. Bad habits come easily, but create a difficult life.
