When we moved in we loved the place. We have an area for our dogs the staff was awesome and didn't have any complaints until about 3 months in. We had to constantly ask for the place to be fumigated(they did this monthly and we still had roaches coming through the shower drains.) We have been through 3 water brand new heaters. The last time we called emergency maintenance to report that we had a gas leak. They returned our call at 10am the next morning. It turns out the water heater burned up, it could have started a fire but thank god it didn't. Don't try calling the courtesy officer because he won't call you back. I walked in the office the other day and stood at the desk for 3 minutes before being greeted. They had 2 leasing agents in the back that looked right at me and didn't say a word(not even a smile) as they continued to sell they apartment to some possible future residents. It's apparent that they care more about the future residents than the ones they have living there. If you have a problem and you need to go talk to someone skip over the front desk the girl, she is always in a bitchy mood. Just ask for a manager, they are super helpful and overall very nice people. They have made some good upgrades overall to the complex but it's not worth the cost of rent though.

This place's management threatens to tow vehicles when they aren't parked in a "no parking zone" and the residents have lived and parked there for 3 years. No warnings or letters asking to move the vehicle were ever provided letting the residents know that it might be inconvenient for them to park there, just management asking for a tow truck to be called. Mind you NO where in the contract does it state that the vehicle can't be parked there or do they even put a size limit on how big a car can be!!! A couple of unhappy lazy people have to walk two steps around a truck and this place wants to tow to make them happy!!! Best part is when the residents got home to move the vehicle it wasn't even parked in "said" parking spot, so they would have towed the vehicle for no reason. GREAT JOB on taking care of the important complaints and not the fact that you have ROCKS as a side walk!

I love it here so much! It has really good management and a lovely community. They also hold really cool events for the residents and so much more. Its very quite so after a long night at work I can come home and relax in peace. I also enjoy the landscaping and all the trees this place has. It is old but they keep it up and if anything needs fixing they are there to fix it the same day.

If you are looking to rent your fist apartment as a young professional, this is an excellent place. The staff is friendly and always helpful. They recently redid the speedbumps. Its good to see my rent money going to the right upgrades and maintenance around the complex. Beautiful complex and for the most part friendly residents. I live in a one 1 Living room, 1 bathroom 1 bedroom apartment and its fantastic for the price. I had one incident with rent that was caused by the bank with a money order. It took me some time to sort out, but the rental office was helpful in resolving the problem.

I am not at all happy with my complex. The apartments are very overpriced for what they are worth. The shower sprays all over the bathroom and other tenants I have spoken to throughout the complex have the same problem. There are a few very wonderful people in the office, but the few snotty people make it an unfortunate office to deal with. There is never parking available and I have to walk a very long distance. I am pregnant so that is very difficult, especially when carrying groceries or other heavy things. If you make a mistake or they think you do, they come down hard. However if they make a mistake, they will not try to correct it. Earlier in my year lease I had my fridge randomly stop working. I called the "24-hour" maintenance and they did not want to come help. I expressed my concern because I had no car for a week while my husband was out for work and limited food. I ended up in tears on the phone and still received no sympathy. My food rotted and I had to go without food for a week. My complex never helped, apologized nor replaced what I had lost. On another occasion during my pregnancy, the A/C stopped working. It was terribly hot and it was making me sick. The maintenance said they could not fix it until the following day. The office did not offer to send us anywhere or to help in any way, leaving a pregnant woman with no cool air. Also, for most of our lease here, the complex has decided to change the paint on the building along with a few other things. While I understand the need for renovation at times, we were not notified before we signed our lease agreement. My husband works nights and sleeps days and the work they did was so loud, day in and day out. We paid to lose sleep, be treated with unkindness and not have parking. I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I FREAKING LOOOOOOOOVE THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I literally haven't even been here for a month, and I've already been to a Halloween party, where my dog won the dog costume contest, a community dinner and an upcoming thanksgiving lunch. How awesome is that?! Pluuuus they allow my amazingly gorgeous beautiful PIT BULL! Yes, I said PIT BULL!! And, they have this beautiful long stretch of grass/land where the dogs can roam and do their business. Oh, and also their maintenance people are AWESOME and FAST! I put in a request Saturday, and they were there Monday. It was an odd request too. I asked if they could take my bedroom door down because my bedroom set didn't fit (they said they had never done that before) but they did it for us!!! Now my bed fits my apartment is beautiful and feels soooooo cozy and we have our baby girl! I've already recruited one of my coworkers to live here. I'm telling you, this place is amazzzzzzing! Aaaaaand to put icing on the cake, the water/trash/pest fees are a SET FEE!!! So every month, your rent is exactly the same. No crazy 80$ water bill or anything. Come one come all, you won't regret it!!!

Fairly horrible place at crapple hills. The security gate was always broken. And its priced high for what you get. The main office receptionist girl always seemed bitchy too??? I was one of the few pet owners who picked up my dogs poop. The doggy area was always full of poop piles. Just a lot of negatives and very very few positives. Don't let them put you on the "island". We really couldn't wait to move out.

Awful management and upkeep. Wouldn't let homeless people sleep here, lest they be killed from the poor upkeep and then charged extra money for dying there.
