Make reservations. Honestly. A very cute place for an intimate dinner and or celebration with friends and family! Service was really good and good is even better! I was really happy with my truffle spaghetti, bone marrow gnocchi, octopus salad, and UNI pasta. Pretty impressed by the about of truffle that they put on the truffle spaghetti but it was a whopping $55 dollars. If you tell them it's your birthday they give you choice of tiramisu or chocolate cake :) Will definitely be back!

Father's Day- wanted my Italian husband to have a great meal....and this one did not disappoint. The service was great... the staff lovely.... the wine list divine....started with chicken livers..... Amazing... Seriously amazing....And the warm octopus salad and the bone marrow with gnocchetti....better yet... (Is that possible?) And finished with 3 entrees- green Lasagna, saltimbocca and branzini.... all of which were superb....We will be back for more!!!!

This has been my favorite Italian restaurant in LA for years now. Excellent service, and amazing pastas. I recently tried their chopped salad (which includes pistachios, white beans, and avocado, among other things)--so perfectly balanced and delicious! Such a great little spot, in a cozy but clean space.

The rave on the food here had my expectations raised a bit high. My seafood pasta dish had shrimp that were small, tough and overcooked, and I was served an inedible clam that had not opened. The pasta was special being fresh, yet the consistency was so different (unfortunately reminded me of ramen noodles). I think what bothered me most was that I was not told earlier I had to order dessert to have my husband's birthday acknowledged. Over $100 check and a sense of "who cares" (such a poor business strategy). They sang happy birthday to another diner and we were not included in the celebration. The service overall did not extend... no interest to create a relationship to encourage our return (and I won't). Give me Palermo's any day where the food is only mainstream, but the care and appreciation for our time together is number one,,,that's authentic Italian!

I loved this place so much, the food was amazing! Be sure to make reservations, because the place is tiny AND quite popular. You also should be comfortable getting cozy with your neighbors, because the tables are VERY close together. First, we shared the grilled octopus salad. That octopus was perfectly cooked and some of the best I have ever had. Next we had the bone marrow over gnocchetti and peas- rich, meaty decadence. I think it beat out all the marrow I've tried at other spots. Last but not least, we shared the absolutely amazing seared duck breast with sauteed spinach. The duck was so tender and perfectly seasoned. I can't wait to make it back for another special meal.

Great restaurant. Service is always wonderful, and the staff make you feel like you are at home. Lasagna Bolognese is out of this world. The only problem I have when I come here is I cannot decide what to order, so I always order too much... highly recommend.

Sometimes it is really good, but sometimes it is not. A bit pricey for what it is and the service I have received was to expensive....
