WORST customer service I have ever experienced. My friend and I waited 2 hours for table. When I asked the THREE hostesses how much longer, they acted like they were doing me a favor by checking and then realized that they never even wrote down our name on the list!! Three hostesses and no one could get this right?? They said that they could seat us right away inside, but I pointed out that we were waiting for a table outside. At that point, one of the hostesses said in a snooty way "well that's why you were waiting so long then." I said that clearly we were waiting so long b/c they didn't write our name down, not b/c we wanted a table outside. The hostess literally rolled her eyes and said "whatever." When I asked to speak with the manager, he was extremely defensive and sided with his 3 hostesses saying that he was standing right there and he didn't think the hostesses were rude. I was shocked. He then reluctantly offered to get us a round of drinks or an appetizer on the house. I said that were had waited at the bar having chips and margaritas for 2 hours, we didn't need another round of drinks or an appetizer. I said that we should get a meal on the house at which point he accused me of "just trying to get something out of us." My friend and I immediately walked out of the restaurant. Awful, awful experience.

The best mexican food, generous portions, great margaritas, fantastic service. Had the carne asada and lobster enchiladas....prefect. My seven year old loved the kids burrito, huge portions. Would come back again.

15 $ drinks in the off-season? After several visits, quality is inconsistent. Cute waiters can't make up for bad attitudes. Chicks will like it, a date ploy. Avoid lunch unless you like food in fast food cardboard boxes.

I have mixed reviews about this place. Love their fresh salsa & chips (complimentary). The Ahi tuna tostadas, taco's, enchiladas were all good, but the rice that came with my enchiladas was so dry that I coughed when trying to swallow it. I informed the waitress & all she did was give me a dirty look & walked away. She didn't even offer to get new rice or replace it. Another time I ordered the lobster tostadas & Ahi tuna salad a special that night & the lobster tasted like it was about to be bad & it had been frozen. Lobster definitely wasn't fresh & kinda fishy, ewe. The tuna was awesome. Great selection of taquilla's & cocktails, but food is hit or miss & only had one bad staff experience, the rest were friendly & attentive.

Friday night. They don't take reservations. 30 minute wait. No place to sit. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Fresh chips and unique nachos. Gets a little busy but certainly worth a stop in if you've never been.
