I am just beginning my journey into fitness and have been a Christian for 15 years. I was interested in the book because as a new CrossFit "athlete", pause here for hearty laughter, I wanted to know about the Fittest Man on Earth. You can't get anywhere near CrossFit without hearing about Rich Froning. So I purchased his autobiography and figured I'd get around to reading it. This past rainy Memorial Day Weekend I had my opportunity due to torrential rains. I spent Saturday afternoon, evening, and Sunday morning reading this book. It was excellent, I laughed, I cried, I was challenged to examine my own faith. CrossFit is the smallest part of Rich Froning's life and it is clear that he lives out his three priorities of faith, family, and fitness. I would recommend this book to anyone even if they were not "into CrossFit".

I was adopted at birth also I often toy with trying to find my bio mom but she sacrificed so much to give me a good life I wouldn't want to upset her world. I am fairly positive my bio dad has no idea he has a child and without help of my bio mom there would be no chance of finding him. This post makes me consider some of my actios/reactions and praise God for how kind He has been to me.
