I do prefer to have the video as a one take shot of driving around.
Who knows, by some chance, perhaps some from the city stumbles across it and watches it to see how the traffic is on this street. Might not happen, but hey, could be a very slight chance could.
Also, future residents can view how traffic was and how transportion system was to and see if it was better now to the present time, did it improve or worsen.
So many possible things for why someone would be interested in watching the videos.
But, exactly what you said, sort of like a video time capsule, that's view able from the day filmed onward. I'm glad that there's people that like to watch for other reasons too.
Well, I have 180 videos of around this area. Even one from Seabrook, Texas of the fountain in front of the Pappadeaux that isn't there any longer. So now there's a little history to that video.
I get a lot of how boring the videos are. I know they can be to people. Although, to the right people, these videos are truly fascinating to others to watch. I even go back and watch the videos of some of the streets drove, that rarely go too. Saves on gas just watching the video, instead of driving it.
