This location has a different menu than any other location I have visited. (Chicago and Orland Park) I normally order the hummus bowl with falafel and swap the pita for less than a spoonful of rice because I can't eat bread. Here, that was not an option. The vegetarian option came with 2 pitas at this location. I asked if they could keep the pita and put rice in the bowl instead. The person working said no "because the rice is more expensive." I was not able to pay more for this menu change. Because I did not want to waste 2 pieces of pita, my husband and I cancelled our orders and decided to go somewhere else for dinner. All other Naf Naf Grills that I have been to are 5 stars.

Excellent food, great flavor. I love that they make and bake their pita bread in-house. I always buy extra to eat at home. Anyway, it is important to know that the Naf Naf have different serving models - some are like Chipotle with bowls etc. This one serves only sandwiches and platters. I love the chicken thigh. It takes a bit longer because they have to grill it. Their fries look like chips but have more meat. Add their red hot sauce to ketchup for a great combination.

This Naf Naf Grill Location's menu is different than some of the other locations in the area. They focus on kabob entrees which are on the pricey end for middle eastern food at $12-$14. I don't pay that in the city! But the food is the same quality. I went on a late weekday evening to grab a quick sandwich for my ride home and they were slammed with business and short staffed It took over 40 minutes to order and wait for my sandwich. I believe it was a Jewish Holiday so that might be why they had staffing issues. However, it was beyond ridiculous that it was THAT slow to get a falafal sandwich.

am going to give Naf Naf 5 stars just based on the big fluffy pillowy pitas! They are amazing :) Everything we've tried has been great, and it's a hit with kids an adults alike. Huge portions, so we like to buy some extra pitas to make the most of the leftovers.

Always awesome food, never failed to fill me up! The falafel in a pita is my absolute favorite! I've had other restaurants falafel, and it was always dry and tasteless... But not at Naf Naf! Everything fresh and they never skimp on the ingredients!!!!
