We just filed two lawsuits against Mid-Columbia Med Center, for allowing the sexual abuse of our clients.
Shulman DuBois LLC filed two lawsuits against the Mid-Columbia Medical Center in The Dalles, where Dr. Frederick George Field worked as an anesthesiologist.

For all those driving around SE Portland, avoid this construction. Hope I've saved you 20 minutes of waiting.
Hard Drive planned to go out and make the ultimate video of the best ways for commuters to escape the detour zones, get to work on time and impress their friends. Instead, we wound up getting lost, too.

Insurance companies are happy to use delay as a tactic when they are trying to avoid paying a claim, particularly in wrongful death lawsuits.

This is crazy! I wish I knew how to keep people like this off the road. Maybe, like those breathalizers attached to the steering wheel, we can rig some sort of system where you have to swipe your valid Drivers' License to start the car.

Good overview of Oregon wrongful death statutes. With an offer for our free guide "Oregon Wrongful Death Laws"
(ORS 30.020) The statute of limitations for a wrongful death case in Oregon is three years from the date of the incident that ultimately ended up causing death.

This is an interesting article. I'm glad they decided not to make the losing plaintiff pay more fees - that might discourage people from bringing legitimate claims.
