Heightened the intensity of the elyptical workout. 5 minute warmup instead of 10, 2 minute fast Intervals followed by 1 minute slow intervals for 39 minutes and then a 6 minute cooldown. 3 sets of 10 sit ups plus 35 situps. I'm trying to push that last round by 5 situps every day. So far it's been 25 to 30 to 35. Today the last 5 was really hard, we'll see what I can do next time. 5 glasses of water throughout workout.

Michael just finished a Runtastic elliptical of 0.02 mi in 40m 39s

I really want to know, who started this "Romance=Food"/"Love for Food Greater than for Humans" meme?

When did it start?

Some interesting insight on how much control Disney: Marvel Studios gives directors and the effects it has on MCU movies.
But how do the directors making them feel?

These are really cool videos about how the science in Fantastic Four could possibly happen. Really fun watch. If you watch these videos closely you'll also see snippets of parts of the film we haven't seen yet.

It's not like what Stan Lee says matters but people feel like if he says something it is almost as good as source material. Things must be getting pretty heated for him to have to jump in.

+Ricardo R. Belton That is the difference in our positions; I'm first a comic book fan since 1992, I grew up with these characters so I want them in movies, tv shows, and mini series... I want to recognize them as the one I knew, related and love... you change them, I lost interest because they are not the ones I know... I hate arrow for example, I think it sucks at the same level as Smallshit... but is because they are loosely based on the source I like... is not better created something new that turn Green Arrow into a cheap Batman clone?

Alright guys. I like MCU (Disney), Fox Marvel and DC (Warner Bros), so this is just a general comic book movie question.

I would like to know if anyone out there is open to watch a movie branded with a comic book title even if there are changes to the cannon or at least in comics what is considered to be "cannon" as things change and are retold countless times?

Even extreme changes?

How important is it to stick to a certain comic book origin?

If a movie is good, does it excuse changes that are made to that movie?

Is it important for an actor or actress to look like his character?

In the instance of Hugh Jackman and Heath Ledger who do not look like the Joker or Wolverine does their acting ability make up for the gap in physical appearance?

As seen in the screenshot below some people aren't able to... connect... with certain characters that don't fit their ideal appearance. I just want to talk to openly about what is and what is not acceptable without throwing insults or talking down about movies, studios, actors or directors.

In short, what makes a good super hero movie?

+Nick Norris That was so bad that they canned the Silver Surfer spin off... the only good thing the movie had was Silver Surfer...
