The subtitles are terrible. At times they quite obviously don't match what's being said and clearly change the meaning of the answers being given. What a horribly wasted opportunity.

Months of crappy delivery service, then at least three marketing emails a week (that started when I stopped using them) from this particular restaurant - in spite of my hitting the unsubscribe button and trying to contact the company directly - has produced this review. It's as honest as I'm able to be. The restaurant is located in a car park in a shopping estate, where there are many more appealing places for you to eat your lunch nearby. From the outside, the restaurant looks dark, small and gloomy. I haven't been inside, though on one occasion I was sorely tempted by the single, sad balloon that had been tied to the advertising board on the pavement. If, like me, you manage to resist such a clever and enticing marketing ploy and decide instead to order from them online, this is DEFINITELY the place for you to order from. Especially if you've ever wanted to leave a tip but have been unable to because you were paying by card; the restaurant has inventively found a way to buck the system by turning "side salad" and "extra dips" into staff gratuities; it's the only explanation I could find for ordering said items and them never arriving. Well, "only..." Perhaps, somewhere in the galaxy, there's a little cloud of Eastgate Pizza Hut dips floating about, conjured there by some mystery of quantum physics. Or a gaggle of as yet undiscovered imps that live on the route between this Pizza Hut and my house who happen to have a particular fondness for those little pots of stuff..? Also, if you're a fan of ordering food hours before you get hungry, have a sensitivity to heat and enjoy the linguistic challenge of understanding what a varying series of grunts mean, this is the place for you. Particularly if you call the restaurant to inform them of what was missing from your order this time, the Pizza Hut Language Challenge will thrill you to your very core, and keep you smiling right the way through your cold pizza and no salad dinner. If you're someone with a social conscience, suffers from developed world guilt at being able to order an abundance of food at the click of the mouse, and would like to offset that guilt with a little hardship, you'll love this restaurant. If, though, you're just a hungry person at the end of a long day who wants a little garlic mayonnaise with their cheesy crust, you're better off ordering from somewhere on Stapleton Road.
