Ozoum!

The world’s oldest male gorilla enjoys computer enrichment
Watch as Ozzie participates in cognitive research with touchscreen behaviors. The activity gives valuable insight for scientists and helps the apes with their mental stimulation.

Ozzie the western lowland gorilla, who turned 53 in 2014, is the world’s oldest living male member of his species.

Canadian #Lynx. One of the most beautiful of the wild cats don't you think?

Canadian Lynx

Look at the size of those paws!  This beauty lives at the Biodome in Montreal, an ecosystem zoo. Here you can experience the plants, animals, and weather environment that exist in four different areas of the Americas. Lynx live in dense forest areas.

Yet another reason to travel to #Montreal. Cotton - top #tamarind!

Cotton-top Tamarin

One of the cute little things zooming around in the rainforest exhibit at the Biodome in Montreal. They are serious about re-creating the rainforest environment at this place - it must have been over 90 degrees and 90% humidity in there! The animals didn't seem to mind at all, though...

Goeldi's #Marmoset. Such a lovely creature

Speak No Evil

What has been seen cannot be unseen!  This little Goeldi's Marmoset (Callimico goeldii) is exercising appropriate restraint.  This is not in the wild: photo from the Biodome in Montreal's Olympic Park.  These guys have very limited habitat and are considered Vulnerable by the IUCN.
