Guess what I'm having for breakfast! I absolutely love this sandwich and it fills me up for many hours. For those that didn't see the video of Tabitha Brown when she found the Whole Foods version of this Smoked Tempeh sandwich, the clip is included in this recipe. She seriously cracks me up!

These loaded twice baked potatoes are the perfect snack or appetizer for family and social gatherings or even game day. I tend to have trouble making enough of them. Once, I took 48 of them to a big family get together, and it still wasn't enough.

I make these a lot when I'm baking for family or church functions. One batch makes 42 cookies, so if you're making them just for the family, you might want to make a half-batch, or freeze leftovers for later. Luckily, my recipe program will adjust the ingredients to whatever number of servings you desire. These cookies are always a hit!

When I first saw this 5-minute video 4 years ago, I had just started my journey back to health. It moved and inspired me more than I can express. Arthur Boorman’s determination is infectious. This video is what piqued my interest in yoga, which helped change my life too. He is plant-based too!

Who says a plant-based lifestyle has to taste bland? This lasagna includes recipes for tofu ricotta and cheese sauce. Kind of like a 3-in-1 deal. Love this stuff!

It is possible to make delicious crispy food without any oil! These are some of the recipes we make in our air fryer regularly--French fries and Jo Jo potatoes; Black Bean Burgers; asparagus, sweet potato, broccoli, mushroom, and tofu tempura. The clean up with these is SO easy!
