Best experience we have ever had buying a car! Jack Dorn is professional and thoughtful. Even though we came in today only to buy a less expensive vehicle for a college student, Jack treated us like we were making a high value deal. The building is beautiful, the people were all very professional, and the car was a fair price. No room for improvement!

Easily one of the, if not The Best Dealerships i worked with. I completely felt they were Honest and Transparent through out the whole buying process. I got the Best Deal on a new GTI, one that even beats the TrueCar Price and Spencer got the wheels quickly moving and got it done. Friendly and non-pushy staff is the added advantage and must be one of the reasons for the great reviews the dealership has. A Big shout-out to VW Auburn and Spencer. - I had to cut out one Star because i felt that there were some gaps in communication and i had to visit the dealership couple of times more than what was needed.I am pretty sure they will bridge this gap soon.

I purchased my 2011 Tiguan from Auburn VW and used their service department for all servicing and repairs. At first, the servicing appointments went well. In 2013, I brought my car in for servicing and asked them to look at the brakes because I was hearing sporadic "grinding" noises when I pressed them. The Service Manager, Dan, assured me they would look at the brakes and let me know what was happening. When I picked up my car, Dan informed me that the brakes were just fine and I just needed to get used to "Volkswagen brake pads" because they accumulate a coating on them. Dan advised that I should "press harder when I hear the grinding to wear the coating off and allow the brakes to start working". This sound very strange but I trusted Dan. About 2 days later, after more aggressive pushing on the brakes, I took my car back in and informed Dan that it was worse. I was hearing metal on metal grinding and it was really loud! They kept my car and I had to have new brake pads and rotors installed. This cost another $1200. But I'm a faithful customer and gave them another chance. In 2014, I backed out of my garage but didn't see that the garage door had slipped down a few inches and it caught on the antenna and ripped it clean off the car. I took it Auburn VW for an estimate on repair and was given a card of someone to call to order the parts. When I ordered the parts, I was then told to call another number to schedule the appointment. I made the appointment and told them when to expect the part. On the day of my appointment, I took my car in. I waited in the lobby for 3 hours before Dan came out and told me they couldn't mount the new antenna. I would have to have body work done on the car to pull dents out so that when they mounted the antennae, it wouldn't leak and ruin the panoramic moon roof. I spoke with Dan two weeks prior to this appointment and the service men couldn't tell me this before hand? Frustrated, I called the VW dealership in Kitsap. They gave me an estimate and I had my car repaired in 4 days later. I'll give this business a rating of a 2 because all of my experiences with the dealership and their shop have been stellar with the exception of working with the Service Manager, Dan. I haven't taken my car back to Auburn VW ever again.

Left today with a beautiful 2016 Tiguan and a great experience. I worked with Josh in the past and again today. He was extremely informative on the vehicles and was able to answer all my questions. His customer service was above and beyond. I will return to Auburn because of Josh, their wonderful customer service from start to finish, and great vehicles. Thank you Josh at Auburn VW!

These people are great. I showed up right around closing time and they still worked with me to find a car since mine had died completely and unexpectedly. They also went and got everyone still there, including my friend and me some food. Very helpful and a great deal. My sales consultant Jack has been awesome and not pushy too. The manager Mary is great as well and so is the rest of the staff.

Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Brian was knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly willing to work with us, to make the car fit in our budget. Buying a car is usually daunting, but Brian made it fun and stressless. Would highly recommend stopping by if you are in the market for a new vehicle, ask for Brian.

We purchased a brand new Limited Golfwagen yesterday from Brian Campbell. He was kind, helpful and funny! He made the whole new car buying experience relaxing and enjoyable. Never once did we feel rushed or pressured into making a decision by him. We also appreciated the conversation with their Customer Service Manager Loren. He walked us out to the car and made sure that all of our questions were answered. We are so glad we made the drive down to Auburn to purchase our new car. You guys were all so great!

I was forced to upgrade to a more practical vehicle in April, so beginning the process of finding a car that was as reliable as my 97 Camry was a bit stressful. I did loads of research and found a used 2013 Tiguan at this dealership, and I was able to quickly make an appointment to meet with a member of the sales team. The process went well, and I purchased the car that day. I'll be a medical student on the east coast in August, so I needed a vehicle that was strictly within my budget as well. The process exceeded my expectations, and I was able to find a reliable car within my budget (compared to other cars like a Mazda CX5, Toyota Rav4, Subaru Forester, or Hyundai Tuscon, which were all just out of my range.) During a quick move to Arizona in May, I had a unique case of some cosmetic failure. After explaining what happened, the owner of the dealership called me up personally and offered to pay for the repairs, which I was genuinely not expecting! I felt that the dealership genuinely cares about providing the highest quality of service to its customers, and I would fully endorse them as a five star business. To that end, I feel I need to write this detailed review. As for the car itself, it had just under 60k miles when I got it. The engine is very clean and well-maintained and virtually meets its 28 mpg highway. This car also has virtually no blind spot, which makes me feel more comfortable driving in congested cities! The first thing I did was have a hitch installed, so I could put a bike rack on it or tow a small trailer if needed. After driving it for about two months, I wish I would have gotten an AWD as opposed to just a FWD because the car has quite a bit of power, and the added rear wheel control would help stabilize the car better at higher speeds (passing and whatnot) and in snowy conditions. Although, the FWD has better fuel economy than the AWD. This definitely isn't a car I'd recommend if you have to tow a trailer all the time because it will guzzle your [premium recommended] gas, but it's otherwise great for cruising on the highway or taking it out for some outdoor recreations. My family has basically been a Toyota or Subaru exclusive family, but given my experience with this VW car and the service provided, it looks like I may convert. I may never return to WA after moving, but maybe I'll make an exception to go buy another VW from these guys in the future. My family has always taken very good care of its cars, so I'm looking forward to this car having a long life with me. As for the guy stranded on the highway in his 2015 undisclosed, non-VW muscle car, all I have to say is that he should've bought a VW!!! Happy car hunting!
