I have visited Auburn VW on a couple occasions and have known Bradley Shores on a professional level for almost a year now. He is extremely attentive and authentic, and fun! The friendliness and respect that I’ve received from Brad and the Auburn VW staff while in the building sets me immediately at ease, and it is a non-stereotypical low pressure environment. If you’re looking to trade in your vehicle, I highly recommend that you go see Auburn VW and ask for Brad Shores!

My experience at this dealership was a good one with Dwight Gibson in Sales. He was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and most of all, helpful. He is not the typical pushy salesperson in any way. He will go above and beyond to help you get the best deal possible! I would recommend anyone to ask for Dwight Gibson.

From my first phone call with Brad to leaving the lot with my new car, this was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. Brad was straightforward, genuine, and not at all pushy. I knew what car I wanted and was hoping to get out of the dealership quickly on a busy Saturday before the Seahawks game clogged I-5. Brad, the finance team, and the person prepping my car were on it! When I say they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, I really mean it. I drove to the dealership in a rental and didn't know how I was going to get both cars home, and Brad offered to follow me back to Seattle with the rental car. I have already recommended this dealership to friends and would go back in a heartbeat. This is actually the first time I've done a google review, but Auburn VW earned it. If you need to buy a car and want to avoid all the BS, this is your place!

I came in here on a busy weekend to look at a car to upgrade our family vehicle. I hate going to a dealership and being bombarded by salesmen asking me all types of questions, especially being a woman. One salesman in particular "Brad" came up to me and was very nice, and made me feel comfortable from the beginning and not at any point did I feel "obligated or forced" to make a decision since buying a vehicle is a very important decision and not one to be made fast. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I decided not to purchase that day but when I do and it will be soon I will come back and ask for Brad by name.

Last week I bought my first car at Auburn Volkswagen. After visiting almost all of the other Auburn dealerships, Auburn VW was the best by far! From what I saw, this dealership had the most competitive prices on their used cars. Practically their entire inventory was at or very close to the Kelley Blue Book price. All of the other dealerships I visited were overpriced (averaging between $1500 and $2500 over the KBB values). I worked with Dwight and Jake; they were both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They both made the whole experience easy and very pleasant (no high pressure sales tactics, e.g. today only prices). I would recommend that you request working with either of these young gentlemen. They made me feel comfortable through the whole process and answered all of my questions. Thanks so much guys!

I think we showed up pretty much the day after the Golf TDI won the car of the year award, without really knowing it to buy the now hottest new model on the lot. We met up with Brad and immediately this wasn't so much about buying the car, but experiencing the car. He took any pain out of the process and really went a long way to break down a lot of stereotypes people associate with buying a car. Brad took all the time we needed to order our Golf exactly how we wanted it. The test drive sold me, and with now +500 miles on my new TDI, I'm absolutely amazed by what this car can do. Driving is believing for sure. Diesel in 2015 is fun and quick; no substitute for raw torque and this little 2.0L has a lot while still getting 40mpg+ at play.

Bought my very first car here! Bought a 2015 VW Beetle. The process was so smooth, and everyone here was very kind and helpful. There was no haggling or annoyance of negotiating- they did everything to meet our requests to the best of their abilities which was really great. Brian was our salesman and he was wonderful! My experience with VW was flawless and I would 10/10 recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Auburn Volkswagen. My wife, and I love our vehicles, and it was probably the best new car buying experience we have had in our life times. Bradley Shores sold us our Passat, and VW bug. Very knowledgable, and low pressure. We would recommend them hands down.

Since we’ve been doing the autoevolution dance for several years now, we’re assuming you folks are not just car enthusiasts, you dream, breathe and inspire autos. This is why we’re sure at least half of you people wished your dad could turn your bed into a car back when you were a kid. Well, this 3-year-old daughter actually was lucky enough to get one.

I really like Type 2s. A common daydream for me involves the barn-find of an original 21 or 23-window or truck. I can't explain in words my desire for a first generation Type 2 double-cab truck. If I had the money, I'd have a fleet of them.

Volkswagen’s hot, high-tech Golf R Touch concept and its gesture-based interior control setup is nearly guaranteed to garner the most attention for the brand at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show, and why not? Flapping your arms and magically opening the sunroof or switching among different control sets on the dashboard display is far sexier than, say, […]

By the late '60s, VW was in a legitimate full-on panic about replacing the Beetle: somehow, they never really managed to figure this out. The Beetle was just selling too well for too long to worry until it was almost too late. Eventually, the Golf saved the day, but there was a brief moment where it looked like VW's salvation would be much weirder.
