Unicorn Cupcake Cones Recipe
Now this recipe is two fold, like any good cake. You have to create the cake and the frosting to get the rainbow look, but overall it’s really easy and is a splash for your guests. Let’s get started!

Apple Roses
All you have to do is defrost the dough, and stretch it out a bit. You want to make sure it's not too thick, or it might not cook properly. I spread the dough with apricot preserve, but you could also use peach, plum ... or what you like. Slice the apples really thin. Cook to make them softer and easier to work with. And then just have fun with rolling the dough with the apples, like my pictures down here will show you. You will be surprised by how easy is to make this simply beautiful dessert. Ready to try it out?

Blood Orange Chocolate Cupcakes
I love chocolate and orange together and I love how blood oranges are such a delicious new take on that combination that tastes nothing like your typical chocolate+orange combo. Plus, I couldn’t get my mind off the vibrant color the frosting would take. To really celebrate the flavors, I decided the cupcakes needed a filling and since I am obsessed with curd, a blood orange curd seemed only natural. The curd adds a really lovely creamy contrast to the rich chocolate cake and the bright frosting.

Rose Cake Pops

Ice cream cones make perfect edible flower pots for rose cake pops. A dusting of chocolate cookie crumbs over ice cream looks just like dirt. Creating cake pops isn’t hard, but it does involve quite a few steps.

Lemon Butter Cookies

An easy recipe for lemon butter cookies. The butter really shines through in these cookies, and the lemon plays the role of sidekick – making a perfect pair. The cookies aren’t overly sweet, but the powdered sugar coating is up to you. Sprinkle them with as much as you want to suit your taste.
