I have been training with a personal fitness trainer for over 15 years and found myself looking for a new trainer when my previous trainer moved on to a new profession. My previous trainer was beyond excellent and it was a day of panic when I realized that I would no longer have his services. While online I came across Russel Sean Fitness in Richmond and being that I had never participated in boot camps I thought I would take a chance. Best decision I could have made. My fitness level is back to where it was previously with my past trainer. I am truly enjoying the socialization I am getting being with 15 other people all working towards a healthy lifestyle. If you want to work towards the best you can be, meet some great people and have a world class trainer you have to give Russel Sean Fitness a try.

Russel Sean Fitness is an incredible place to work out, share some laughs, reduce stress and get fit! Russel is very knowledgeable, passionate and kind. All of his workouts are organized, creative and challenging and allow each individual to work out to the best of their abilities. I would DEFINITELY recommend attending his bootcamp classes! The results are fantastic!!

Russel keeps his work outs varied which means participants never get bored and are continually being challenged. Thanks to his classes, I've discovered new capabilities, and I am looking forward to continuing to build upon the fitness capabilities I have developed. He's big on positive reinforcement, which makes a big difference on days you may not feel like exercising. I definitely recommend RSF!

I so enjoyed my time at Russell Sean.. it was a great work out in a relaxed and friendly environment. I would recommend it to anyone , whatever fitness level. Lots of fun!!

RSF bootcamp classes are super fun! Russel keeps everyone extremely motivated throughout the hour long class and makes sure that everyone has a good sweat! And he doesn't stop there. He also provides you with knowledgeable info on health, fitness and diet with his weekly write-ups and Facebook updates. Thanks to Russel, I've never been more fit! I'm excited to workout now which is definitely a change from 6 months ago when I dreaded putting on running shoes to exercise. I highly recommend RSF bootcamp classes!
