Every time I come here, it's as if the entire staff is brand new. All of their actions indicate a lack of training (no greetings, bringing food out separately, etc). The menu is so huge and unfocused (offers Spanish food, seafood, Greek food, "tapas," more I'm sure) that everything runs together and nothing stands out nor sounds appetizing; not to mention that it's probably mostly frozen and not fresh. My mother ordered soup and salad. The portions were TINY (the bowl was only half full of soup and the salad was a handful of wilted, old arugula. It looked like the bottom of the bag of salad you get from the store). She said the soup was good. I had 50 cents worth of spanakopita from the freezer section at food lion, from which I could have had the whole box for what I paid. I gave this place another chance tonight because I wanted a glass of wine and they have a wide selection, but the wine was flat and turning. Who knows how long it had been open before our glasses were poured. This was not an off night. I've been here about five times over the four years I've lived here. It is always this awful. I keep coming back because of the extremely limited dining options Kernersville has to offer. I will not, however, be returning after paying $40 to have my evening ruined.

My girlfriend and I went there at the end of August 2015 for the first time and the food, wine, atmosphere, and service was phenomenal. I live in Atlanta and I'm used to great restaurants because they're all over the place down here, but never thought I'd find an Atlanta quality restaurant in Kernersville. Bistro B is great. If you haven't been, you should definitely check it out. The duck is amazing. So are the short rib stuffed peppers. Actually, everything we ate was outstanding.

My husband and ate here on Saturday night (May 9th). He had made reservations for 8:00 so we weren't just a drop in. The place was busy but we were seated right away. Our server told us that the kitchen was backed up so recommended we order our food as soon as possible. However, he failed to mention that there were customers that had been there for 2 HOURS and still had not received any food or that the food brought to their table was not what they had ordered. Understandably, customers were getting pretty upset and started voicing their frustration to the wait staff. That is when bad turned worse! A female customer was calmly complaining to her server about her experience and he began yelling at her in a condescending manner. He was looming over her in a very threatening manner. Another customer got up and yelled at the server for talking to a customer that way and he was trying to make excuses on why he felt she deserved it. No matter what the customer said, his reaction was completely UNCALLED FOR! We complained to the owner about the behavior of her staff and requested our check (we were 1 1/2 hours in and still had only gotten our drinks). She gave us a sob story about her husband (the Chef) being the only one in the kitchen that night and asked us to stay. We gave her the benefit of the doubt and did just that. I wish we hadn't. We were given a wrong order (we didn't complain, we just ate it due to plans we had later than night) and one of our dishes never showed up. What we did get was decent but nothing to rave about. A lot of it was very bland and was not worth what we paid for it. In addition, we later learned that the server who yelled at the customer in the restaurant FOLLOWED HER OUT TO HER CAR AND CONTINUED YELLING AT HER, after she removed herself from the situation. When we previously spoke to the manager she assured us that the waiter would no longer be working at her establishment. However, she did not know that one of our friends used to work for her and that he is still in contact with her and some of her employees....turns out the waiter that INTIMIDATED a customer is still employed. Due to the food just being decent, the waiter's actions and the owner's failure to put her customers first, we will NEVER go back and will tell all of our family and friends of this horrible experience.

Good Lord. Have I died and crossed over to the Promised Land???????? This place was rockin' and rollin' and I cannot wait to go back!!! I saw the menu and many of my favorite foods from around the world! It was so hard to choose! NOT. Tim Bocholis, the oh-so-talented chef, came out to check in with the diners, a gesture which I dearly appreciate. And come to find out, he's worked at Jaleo AND Zaytinya in Washington DC, two of the best restaurants on the planet! The restaurant itself is really adorable (a bit of a problem with limited parking) and our server very friendly and totally familiar with each dish. I think now my plan is to route ALL trips through Kernersville so I have an excuse to dine here as often as I can. This is a GEM of a restaurant!

I ordered a Cuban Sandwich for lunch today, I don't know what they gave me but it surely was not a Cuban.. Its listed on their menu as a Cuban "Medianoche" sandwich.. I receives some sort of dry hard (maybe day old) barbecue pork roast with a piece of ham and swiss on it. morel like some southern BBQ Cuban hybrid.. the taste probably would have been fine but the meat really was bad, not tender at all and as mentioned, it must have been leftovers(but being Puerto Rican my family cooks pork shoulders regularly and our leftovers are never tough as that was) I will admit their french fries were very good though.. but their pork shoulder that was on my sandwich was absolutely terrible.. will not recommend or order anything from this restaurant..

Dined there solo, was given a nice table next to a window, had the "lunch special" , portion perfect , you need to ask for bread when you order , the creme Brule was heavenly, the swordfish was a little dry, but seasoned well, the puntanastaca sauce was too skimpy in my opinion

Don't waste your time on this place. Wait staff is great but management needs a lesson on customer service and restaurant management.
