I just had lunch there a few minutes ago. First thing before we walked in the door there was a sign that they could only take cash. The first 3 things I ordered they were out of. My panini sandwich was on hogie bread. My fries were soggy and brown. It took 15 minutes to get one cup of coffee. It took 20 minutes to get bread on the table. The waitress came to our table with a huge peice of candy in her mouth. And I had to practically beg for a new glass of tea. Overall I will never go back there again.

This is a great restaurant. One of few in this area that can compete with best in major urban centers. A truly unique menu, with interesting dishes of Spanish and Mediterranean flavors. Many are tapa-sized, and tapa-priced, so you can try 2 or 3; that's the whole idea. It's for diners with an adventuresome palate. Excellent wines, excellent service, and in the heart of charming K-ville to boot.

My wife and I stopped at Bistro B after we went to a different place to eat(that was a mistake) We had a blast at Bistro B, the bartenders, staff, and owner were awesome. The drinks were great, the atmosphere was great, we can't wait to go back again, this time we are eating dinner there. Thank you to the bartender Nikki, the manager Nick, and the owner Tim for a great time.

I ordered a Cuban Sandwich for lunch today, I don't know what they gave me but it surely was not a Cuban.. Its listed on their menu as a Cuban "Medianoche" sandwich.. I receives some sort of dry hard (maybe day old) barbecue pork roast with a piece of ham and swiss on it. morel like some southern BBQ Cuban hybrid.. the taste probably would have been fine but the meat really was bad, not tender at all and as mentioned, it must have been leftovers(but being Puerto Rican my family cooks pork shoulders regularly and our leftovers are never tough as that was) I will admit their french fries were very good though.. but their pork shoulder that was on my sandwich was absolutely terrible.. will not recommend or order anything from this restaurant..

The food is killer!!! I'd lick the plate if it wasn't so, uh, inappropriate. ;) This was my first time dining tapas style and I loved it! The atmosphere was nice too. Our service was fantastic... well, until they forgot about us. We waited and waited and waited... our waiter was attentive at first, but suddenly he was always out of earshot and never around our table. We finally asked the guy who kept filling our waters and bringing baguettes if he knew when our waiter planned to bring out the check. Then we finally got some attention. And the restrooms... those were gross. Both men's and women's bathrooms needed not just cleaning but physical maintenance (things were actually broken in both restrooms). I'd go back for the food and the tapas dining, but I couldn't recommend someone to take a date there.

My husband and I have frequented Bistro B probably 10 times in the last 6 months. We have tried lots of the menu options and have always been pleased. We go for the food as much as the ambiance and experience we get. It is never crowded and we expect to spend several hours with appetizers, wine, and dinner, quietly talking and enjoying eachother (good date spot but i have gone with a group of girlfriends too). I do think it is a tad overpriced and we only go if we have a groupon though. After trying different menu items the Hanger steak is by far our favorite and go to option. The wine selection is always fantastic and no matter what server we get they always have an amazing pairing recommendation. I almost gave 4 stars only because we almost always have to send one of them back for being cooked improperly or the quality of one of the steaks being obviously superior to the other (they do fix it right away and bring out a new one though). With such limited dining options in Kernersville we are glad we found this place and will continue to go back.

Every time I come here, it's as if the entire staff is brand new. All of their actions indicate a lack of training (no greetings, bringing food out separately, etc). The menu is so huge and unfocused (offers Spanish food, seafood, Greek food, "tapas," more I'm sure) that everything runs together and nothing stands out nor sounds appetizing; not to mention that it's probably mostly frozen and not fresh. My mother ordered soup and salad. The portions were TINY (the bowl was only half full of soup and the salad was a handful of wilted, old arugula. It looked like the bottom of the bag of salad you get from the store). She said the soup was good. I had 50 cents worth of spanakopita from the freezer section at food lion, from which I could have had the whole box for what I paid. I gave this place another chance tonight because I wanted a glass of wine and they have a wide selection, but the wine was flat and turning. Who knows how long it had been open before our glasses were poured. This was not an off night. I've been here about five times over the four years I've lived here. It is always this awful. I keep coming back because of the extremely limited dining options Kernersville has to offer. I will not, however, be returning after paying $40 to have my evening ruined.
