On March 3, Roma Downey, Pastor Rick Warren and Mark Burnett of "The Voice" have created a small-group Bible Study series called "The Bible." It's airing on the History Channel. Mark your calendar and see the trailer here.

Hello fellow Christian Authors. What a Blessing to be part of this wonderful community.  I live in Canada. I am Author of "Insight In Sight: Was I Born Like This?" in which, I share my journey from living a homosexual lifestyle to finding Christ, and how He turned my life completely around.  I am now straight, and on fire for the Lord.  I desire to share God's truth with all who are struggling with same-sex attraction, or simply questioning homosexuality.  I look forward to contributing to this community, and to getting to know all of you.
In His Service,

Many people are turned off by religion. Why? Well, quite simply, God is not about do’s and don’ts, rules and regulations. He’s about having a relationship with you, as his son or daughter. What if you could know God this way, without all the STUFF the world adds to the equation… would you want to? If you said yes, then read “Want to Know God – Not Religion?”

I don't advocate breaking the law. But in this instance, it was done with no harm and it was amazing. Para-gliding.

Here are 28 ideas that are borderline genius! It doesn't take much to improve on an already popular design. Enjoy! http://ow.ly/hOFDq

Story
Introduction

Nearly everybody knows somebody living a gay lifestyle or questioning whether or not they should.

The truth is we all just want to be loved unconditionally and be accepted for whom we are, and who we were created to be.  Contrary to popular belief, your destiny is not chosen; a direction may be in your future, but the choices are ALL yours!

In my own search, I finally found unconditional love and acceptance, and discovered answers to many questions I struggled with, including:

     -      Do we have free will to live however we choose?

     -      Does God accept Homosexuality?

     -      Was I born like this?

The answers I found were so profound and beyond what I expected that I had to share them. This is not a panacea to your sexual conundrum, but a gritty story that uses true colors and tells it like it is. Sometimes happy, often disastrous, but always hopeful and full of insight!

If you are not sure what to believe or do, are questioning your sexuality and do not know whether you’re hardwired or whether there are options—this book is for you. It’s neither preachy nor doctrinal; it’s my journey—warts and all.

I dedicate this book to everyone who has ever said, “I was born gay”, “God made me this way”, or “It’s just the way I am”; and to their parents, friends and family.  Also, to those questioning and seeking answers, including principals, school teachers, counselors, social workers, preachers, Christians and government officials.

It's only in knowing the truth that we can make correct choices.
