The wording of Uber's complaint, saying a security key protecting the Uber database was stored on a publicly assessable GitHub page, is a step backwards for Uber as it attempts to reassure the public that the significant amount of information it holds is safe from prying eyes. http://ow.ly/JWC9c

Uber posted "On Feb. 1 this ordinance is set to go into effect, threatening our ability to provide access to safe, low-cost rides and economic opportunity for the people of Orlando," on their blog this week. That's funny to us, because skift.com released today that the cost of an Uber ride is actually $2 more on average than a traditional taxi service like Blue Cab. Math must not be this app development team's strong suit. http://ow.ly/HJ9mM
Just two weeks before Orlando's new regulations take effect for Uber and other ride-hailing services, the tech giant continues to fight rules it says will hurt drivers and consumers.

I got the worst cab driver ever asked me were i was going i told him yet he took me nearly down town Chicago. when i told him it was not right place he eventually got me to my job which i was 20 minutes late for and got points ohhh did i mention the cab driver had sat nav directing him yet he still fucked up got to my job what normally costs me $17.50 was going to cost me 45.00 i asked do i have to pay this since you fucked the address up he said yes as i was already late for work thanks to the cab driver i tried to hand him my card to pay much to my disbelief he said do you have cash my card reader isnt working i was like no i don't so then we had to then go look for a ATM so i could get cash to pay the driver making me even more late for work so i get out of the cab i tried to call blue cab company and asked who i would complain to they said i will put you through i waited few seconds then they hung up i rang back again they said oh sorry i will put you through i waited someone else answered i asked do i put a complaint to you she said no i will put you through then same again woman answered i asked do i complain to you she said no i will put you through that happened 4 times in the end i hung up but i can safely say i wont be using blue cab again they are total rip off no respect for there regulars i used them for 2 yrs not anymore am gonna use a proper cab company

EXTREMELY RUDE! Taxi was ordered at 7:55am for 12:30 PM and never showed! Once dispatch was called, I was told that the taxi is sent out closest to the time. I called once again and I was told to wait another 10-15 minutes. After that time passed, the taxi still had not showed up. I called again and the dispatch women was extremely rude! She slammed the phone. We called again and we were told that the address provided was incorrect after we said that the taxi still had not shown. The dispatcher started yelling and she hung up another 2 times. I missed and extremely important appointment because of their disorganization! This is not the first time they have been late. NEVER ORDERING BLUE CAB AGAIN!

Id give them a 0 if I could. This is a HORRIBLE cab company. I was told I had a 45 minute pickup. An hour goes by no cab, calls back 30 minutes, 45 minutes go by I call back and they tell me the cab driver picked up someone else and they have to send me a new driver that's gonna take an additional 30-45 minutes. Take uber people! Skip blue cab, they are crappy and very unprofessional.

WORST CAB COMPANY EVER!!! I called 2 hours early to schedule a taxi to come to my house & it never came. I even called 5 minutes before the time I asked them to come and the dispatcher told me it was on the way. Then I called back 15 mintues later to check where the taxi was and she told me the taxi was still on the way. 30 minutes later it still wasn't there. If you're ever trying to get anywhere on time or get a taxi ever, don't pick this 1.

terrible service. Drivers are never on time, on top of that, they have no idea how to take you to the requested destination. They don't have gps, if they do, the don't know how to use it. 2 weeks ago, the driver didn't know how to get to the oak park library in downtown. i told him just to drive to downtown oak park, lake street, where the cinema is. he had no clue what i was talking about. the week earlier, another driver couldn't find Austin Blue Line Station. From downtown Oak Park , he took me to the highway and was on his way to the city. I told him to get out from the highway and drive me back to Austin avenue, he was unfamiliar with the local area, and was driving me around. 10 minutes trip turned into half hour nightmare. Also, they seem to avoid accepting credit cards. Save your health, your money, your time. Stay away from this company.

If I could rate this company zero stars I would! Called for a cab and waited for over two hours!!! Every time we called them they lied and said they were 10 minutes away. The operators are not helpful at all and this company is extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend this cab company if my life depended on it.
