Worst Mexican I've ever been to. The sign above the door says "Authentic Mexican Food", however there was nothing authentic about it. The spicy chicken had no taste at all, let alone spice. The re-fried beans are actually just over cooked baked beens and the nachos were also tasteless.

I didn't know what I'd make of this kind of training but think it's spot on! The programs work around you as an individual, tailored to suit your life style and in just a couple of weeks I am can feel the difference. Excellent one on one personal training in a well equipped and presented personal training studio. The personal trainers are excellent, easy to get on with and this is real one on one, no need to feel embarrassed as there's no one else around. The high intensity training, with half hour sessions so it's easy to fit in but it's no less effort. You know you've been training. Sure it's a bit more than just joining the gym but the way I see it, this is one less night out a week - which is also doing me some good!
