NO clue what to log these as, since they're not in My Fitness Pal, so I logged them as calisthenics. All the exercises are pretty much body weight exercises.

Don't hurt nearly as bad as I thought I was going to, but it was tough to do almost all them to the full amount of reps. There was only one that I couldn't do all the way, though. I'll try again tomorrow.

For now, cool down a bit, eat something, drink a lot of water, blog, and then shower. :D
