Rittenberry Appliance
Clarksville, TN
Excellent customer service from Connie and excellent repair service from Rickie. The fan went out on our refrigerator. The original fan was poorly designed and also out of stock. Rickie installed an equivalent replacement that he keeps stocked in his truck and completed the repair in less than 30 minutes. We called in to schedule a repair late yesterday evening and he arrived early this morning. His excellent service saved us hundreds in food that could have spoiled. The charge to come on-site was $42 dollars to diagnose the issue and provide a repair quote. The total bill was under $140. I am absolutely amazed and pleased with how affordable the repair bill was. I highly recommend using Rittenberry Appliance and will contact them again with any future issues I have with any of my appliances.
Quality Excellent

Images for a page on my website that log the events during the repair of a HP G60-519WM... pretty boring stuff, I don't expect much of a reaction. Just needed a nice place to upload the images to. ;)

One of the reasons why I like Linux is because you can make it into an old school, vintage video game console system and play all the cool video games again from the 80's and early 90's.

I was able to remove the virus -- no big deal there. However, there were multiple things wrong with the operating system so I decided it was best to backup the customer's data, wipe the hard drive and then reinstall Windows 7. If you would like a detailed look into the processes of how I do this then this page may interest you.

I have had two home inspections from John. He is very professional and extremely detailed. His home inspection report is very thorough and easy to understand. John Goad is the only home inspector I personally recommend to my friends and family members.

Can't beat having a Walgreens on the corner of your street! I have never had a bad experience at this location. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They stock printer ink too! :)

I have ordered from Domino's Pizza on 1803 Madison St. for almost ten years. Usually their service is standard, nothing to be thrilled about. However, today their service was much much different. I wanted to order their 3 medium one topping pizza deal and requested to have one of the toppings from one pizza added to another pizza. The manager told me that he could not do that. I wanted one cheese only pizza, one pepperoni and sausage pizza, and one pepperoni only pizza. That is a total of three pizzas and three toppings. The manager was extremely rude and wouldn't explain to me why he wasn't able to do this. He just rudely kept repeating himself and started to insult me. He then explained to me that he was the only one in the store. How is that my problem? He then explained to me that the computer doesn't allow to transfer toppings from one pizza to another? Who cares? Clearly this person cares nothing about customers nor the company he works for. I can understand that certain things can't be entered into computers. That's the beauty of a Post-It Note and a pen. Sadly because of this experience I will never order from Domino's again. Ironically, we order pizza approximately once per week. Our average order is $30 dollars. That's $1560 per year we spend on pizza. And that's $1560 less than Domino's will make this year. I only hope that this review influences your decision NOT to order from them. I run my own computer repair business and work very hard with keeping my customers happy. Actually, keeping them happy isn't difficult at all. I just offer amazing services and treat them fairly. It really upsets me when big companies take absolutely no pride in service when small companies work so hard just to get business. If I had the amount of business that Domino's had, it would be a dream come true and an experience I would be SURE not to screw up. If you want my advice, never order from Domino's again. No one should ever be forced to experience what I experienced with an open wallet. It's your hard earned money, if people want it, they should work hard for it. But that's just my opinion. Thanks for taking the time to read my review. I hope it aids in your decision.

I really enjoy Jersey Mike's food. Lately their service has dropped significantly. I was practically reprimanded for asking to have lettuce and tomato put on my sandwich after it was cooked. I was told that I should have asked for that before my sandwich was cooked because it makes a huge mess. I might not eat here again especially since Jimmy John's opened up. Jersey's Mikes is rather expensive too.

This place is awesome... the food is excellent, service was great, and the prices are very reasonable. I'll be going back on a regular basis. Very clean, quick, friendly. Spread the word about this place, I would really hate for them to go out of business.
