I have always liked both guys and girls and I've never had an issue with it, or tried to analyse it - so glad to watch a video where someone can put that into words, as most people seem to expect a clear label when it comes to sexuality (I believe sexuality is on a spectrum and therefore there's a lot of space between 'gay' and 'straight'). Honestly, my opinion is if you're not hurting anyone, do what makes you happy (and thinking you're going to disappoint someone by your choices doesn't count as 'hurting' them).

I'm the same as you by telling my 'personal' stuff to pretty much everybody. However, if anything it makes me feel more connected and that my experiences have some kind of impact on others - they see a bit of my life they missed (and likewise, when they tell me things it gives me a chance to see someone else's life). Sometimes I am hit by how insignificant I am, but honestly that thought usually makes it harder to bother doing anything. I have to remember that while Iau be insignificant to the rest of the world, I am significant to a handful of people (and when I tell someone something, that makes me a part of their lives, regardless of their response).

Do you have to have the book before you get there, or can you buy it at the store? Just asking in case it isn't delivered in time for MK.

+Tamara Epps I know WHSmith have stated that the books signed there must have been bought in a WHSmith (either on the day or beforehand) but Waterstone's haven't stated this so I think you can bring your own copy, but you can definitely buy it on the day in store and get it signed there and then so that's probably the easiest options! :) (I hope that makes sense! The MK signing is a Waterstones!) xx

I can so relate to this. I never use the T word either, at least not when referring to my symptoms. If I actually feel tired and want (and can) go to bed, I count that as an excessively good day. The rest of the time I am exhausted, knackered, zombified. I love your explanation of so exhausted muscles won't physically work, that you feel sick, as this is exactly how I feel most of the time. Gentle hugs and hope you are as well as possible.
I haven't used the word tired to describe how I'm feeling for several years now. I quickly realised that what I was feeling was not tiredness at all. Tiredness, as I had known it for twenty years, was something that everyone ...

Thanks for sharing your goals Clare, though I'm sorry you've had a setback and need to readjust them. Just reading this post shows how strong you are, and how you'll always keep fighting to get what you want in life (such as a degree), and reminds me I can be like that too.
There comes a time after a virus, during a setback, that I have to readjust my goals. What was realistic a few weeks ago is no longer so. This isn't an easy process to go through. It hurts to have to go back to the basics, th...

Can't believe you managed to pronounce 'Elphaba' wrong (the el-fur-bur).

One tip I've found useful is taking pictures of things that have memories, but that I don't really need anymore. Therefore you keep the memory but not the item.

And talking about photos, digital photos are something I'm always trying to organize, when sometimes it is better to print out what you want and delete anything that isn't worth printing.

Do you drink chai teas/coffee? If so I'd love a video about them. Right now I'm loving Twining's 'Vanilla Chai'.

Congratulations, you should feel proud. I can so relate to how amazing it feels to actually do anything like a normal person, that it's easy to get excited and try to do more than possible, but sounds like you managed to control yourself. Fingers crossed this becomes something you can do more regularly, but always makes sure to pace yourself.

Introduction
I'm 26 and only beginning to find myself. I am many things including a crafter, a book enthusiast, a writer and a dreamer but I've spent too long hiding behind these titles; now I am looking for the girl behind the labels.  I am searching for meaning and connection - I love getting to know people and being nosey about their lives - though for now I have to limit this from behind a screen as I suffer from M.E. - thank the gods for the internet!

I blog about all of these things and more at Empty Thoughts, Rewritten (if that's how you found me, please stop and say hi, and if even if you didn't, say hi anyway!).
