Another mention from our friends at the +Los Angeles Times
It's not only celebrities who go on world tours; sometimes their wax doubles do too, thanks to Madame Tussauds. British pop band One Direction made its debut in New York City, and Bollywood actors, which arrived in Hollywood last week after touring Australia and Hong Kong, took to the red carpet at the Hollywood Tussauds. JFK went to Berlin, the Dalai Lama to Australia, and -- mamma mia! -- the original Abba popped up in Amsterdam. Here's a peek ...

Thanks to the +Los Angeles Times for the great story on #Bollywood  coming to #Hollywood  only at +Madame Tussauds Hollywood!
They may not be as well known as Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn, but the top stars of India's film industry are coming to Hollywood -- in wax form.

This place was nice, but a little overpriced for what you're getting. Options for activities on Hollywood Blvd. seem pretty limited though. It's family friendly and provides many picture opportunities.

Had a great time with the family! Got lots of cool pictures with my favorite celebrities with special appearances from some Marvel superheroes! Such a fun time, the 4D Marvel Movie is worth checking out as well - had a blast there. I especially loved getting a photo with Michael Jackson - he's my favorite singer! Made my day! If you are stopping by Hollywood, you should definitely check out Madame Tussauds!

Very accurate depiction of celebrities and famous people. Sometimes you have to take a double take to see if somebody is real or not. Have you have the extra money I also recommend doing the wax hand sculptures.

Madame Tussauds has been on my list of things to do in LA for quite some time. Earlier this month I got an opportunity to finally check it out with some friends and had a blast. The wax museum is huge with multiple levels displaying wax celebrity figures. They put the current famous celebs and then there are the legends. I saw Taylor Swift, George Clooney, One D, Justin Timberlake, Will Smith, Jackie Chan, Obama, Audrey Hepburn and a lot more. All of them were done so well that I had to do a double take! They even had a paparazzi wax figure! A few of us even striked a pose and then realizing it's a wax figure! :D I recommend it to anyone visiting LA or even if you live in LA you should check it out. So much fun! Don't forget to hit up the hand wax station for a souvenir! Parking: Hollywood and Highland structure or the lot next to it. They valet for $10

We went online to purchase the fast-tract tickets. It stated that you wouldn't have to wait in line, we could go right in. When we arrived, we saw the fast track star on the carpet. We attempted to use that entrance and were told by employee Jouana, that we had to wait in the line.the line was held up so Jouana could take your picture before entrance. I asked about the Fast-tract entrance. She said it didn't matter, we had to stand in line. We told her we didn't want our picture taken. Again she said it didn't matter, we had to wait in line. I asked for a manager and Sandra "Manager on Duty" for the day came out. I explained the problem and she said they make you stand in line so we can hear the information about the museum. I told her that I had been to the one in Las Vegas and knew about the rules. You have to stand in line so they can take your picture so they can attempt to sell you your pictures at the completion of your visit. While we were waiting for Sandra, I noticed that they had lines out front, wound like the lines at Disneyland, 5 cashier stands and one cashier. Our visit was on Sunday 5/26. The Sunday of Memorial day weekend. They had one cashier so the line didn't get to long while waiting for Jouana to take the pictures. It was a very unpleasant experience. Jouana was rude and condescending. She was very unprofessional. I will not return to this location. The front end was inefficient and slow. The thing they say on their website about the Fast-Track tickets is wrong. You still have to wait in line. I suggest that you spend you money elsewhere. I know I will.
