Very nice.  Do you know of any good videos which show end-to-end walkthroughs using these new tools?

Hi Anna,

My name is Lance Biggs... I work in the Phoenix valley for a small to medium size company who's home based out of Columbus Ohio.

I am relatively new here at FacilitySource as their QA Manager. Been in the field for many years... I recently had the experience of using the MSFT solution TFS/Visual Studio/Test Manager. The software was fully integrated... we used it for all development, Build Manager, Team Explorer, Server Explorer... pretty much all the bells and whistles. We used it for release management and Sprint planning. We were an Agile shop.

FacilitySource has the same solution components, only they are version 2013. We have some very smart people here and a dedicated server for TFS... we have all that is needed and if we need other hardware, I can get approval.

Okay... so that was my introduction... my contact info is 425-241-6325. (It's a WA number as I am a transplant) My email here is lbiggs@facilitysource.com and home is l-biggs@cox.net. Initial contact via a mobile text letting me know that you sent a reply to (let me know which address).

I need a consultant to help get us setup... I am fearful to try to install Test Manager on the current server. I have a very intelligent and technically sound Dir of IT Infrastructure who is pretty much assigned to help me get this up and running. (We have all the usual resources you would find in an IT shop). His name is Bryan Cassaro <bcassaro@facilitysource.com>... he's great.

Would you be available to first answer a couple questions Bryan would have and in the case that you are interested and we move to that level, would you be interested in taking us on for a short implementation consultant?  (What would your rates be if you are interested?) I can assure you that we probably have the easiest install ever, and you will probably laugh when you see how much in the resource area we have and that I am reaching out for help. We just need to get this rolling... I want to start using the TM for my repository and all the other features that I am surprised a shop with the license and abundance of smart IT folks need help.

I am trying to introduce a bit of change to the SDLC here...  I sure hope this reaches you.

Sincerely,

-Lance
