My name is Peter Edward Pflaum, born October 31, 1936 in Barcelona Spain of American parents. My passport number is 468250524 issued by the Department of State in Washington DC on 28 March 2010 and expires on 27 March 2020.
I am 78 years old a retired professor with  a BA from University of Chicago, EdM from Harvard and PhD in government  from Florida State University. I was divorced after 30 years of marriage  in December 2012 and have a settlement of  $1200 a month on common property (a $500,000 house in New Smyrna Beach Florida) and Social Security of $800 so a income of about $2,000 to live on and decided on Bali.
I am looking for a way to stop this on and off and do what I thought I had done - a safe  and worry free settlement. We can't keep going on like this.  The house at 225 Robinson Road, New Smyrna was built and paid for with my money from my Grandmother (Judith Lowenthal Estate, Northern Trust) and valued at about $550,000. I made a settlement for less than 1/4 of assets. $110,000 - $1,200 a month for 84 months $100,000 (less 10,000 resettlement payment) with a current value of $75,000.
Social Security is $865 a month you have tax returns and W2

Although other governors around the country have faced corruption charges in recent years, none of those cases unfolded in the national glare like the McDonnell melodrama. That glare was magnified because the unexpected defense of the former governor — elected as a social conservative and an exemplar of traditional family values — was that his picture-perfect marriage had, in fact, been Photoshopped.
Mr. McDonnell, who carried his wife over the threshold of the Executive Mansion the day of his inauguration, portrayed her in his testimony as a harridan whose yelling left him “spiritually and mentally exhausted,” and who was so cold that she did not reply to an email pleading to save their marriage.  me too

I am looking for a way to stop this on and off and do what I thought I had done - a safe  and worry free settlement. ?A deal is a deal - a contract enforceable by the court and administrated by the court. There maybe a way to put a lean on the property - and transfer title to Blaine - I have contacted dozens of local family lawyers - we can't keep going on like this.  The house at 225 Robinson Road, New Smyrna was built and paid for with my money from my Grandmother (Judith Lowenthal Estate, Northern Trust) and valued at about $550,000. I made a settlement for less than 1/4 of assets. $110,000 - $1,200 a month for 84 months $100,000 (less 10,000 resettlement payment) with a current value of $75,000 at a discount rate of 3% I could have claimed $250,000 and let the judge decide. It would have been a lot more - plus time and costs.
If the lump sum is put in an annuity - it would be $150,000 or more over 8
years. The way of doing this is clear, a  mortgage on the $500,000 house.
Mary Anne is in violation of the agreement, My condition was payment without doubt - so the judge needs to decide.
Social Security is $865 a month you have tax returns and W2
I am living in one of the cheapest places on earth and in very economical
conditions - I DO NOT HAVE luxuries, only necessities as Sara can tell you
Massage is $100 a month for 20X hours - baddy needed for mobility - medical
necessity - I go nowhere and do nothing - I have expenses for immigration
of about $700 a year - includes 2 trips to Singapore
I do not have a cook or any staff - I never eat out -
( hotel maids help me - they earn $65 wages from Bobby each) and tips $65
from me each month they run errands, banking, laundry, etc. A very fair

What should I do next?

To initiate a civil contempt/enforcement proceeding against a party who is not complying with a
prior court order, you must file a motion with the court explaining what the party has failed to do.
This form should be typed or printed in black ink. After completing this form, you should sign it
before a notary public or deputy clerk. You should then file the original with the clerk of the circuit
court in the county where your case was filed and keep a copy for your records.

A copy of this form must be personally served by a sheriff or private process server or mailed* or
hand delivered to any other party(ies) in your case. *Please note that if notice is mailed, the court in
certain circumstances may not consider mailing to be adequate notice. If you want to be sure, you
should have the motion personally served. This is a technical area of the law; if you have any
questions about it, you should consult a lawyer. For more information on personal service, see the
instructions for Summons: Personal Service on an Individual, Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure
Form 12.910(a).

The court will then set a hearing. You should check with the clerk of court, judicial assistant, or
family law intake staff for information on the local procedure for scheduling a hearing. Once you
know the time and date of the hearing, you will need to complete Notice of Hearing on Motion for
Contempt/Enforcement, Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Form 12.961, or, if applicable,
Notice of Hearing (Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officer), Florida Supreme Court Approved
Family Law Form 12.921, or [Notice of Hearing Before] General Magistrate, Florida Family Law
Rules of Procedure Form 12.920[(c)], which will specify a time and place for a hearing on the issue.
A copy of this form must be mailed or hand delivered to the other party. Again, if notice is mailed,
the court in certain circumstances may not consider mailing to be adequate notice. If you want to
be sure, you should have the notice personally served. This is a technical area of the law; if you have
any questions about it, you should consult a lawyer. For more information on personal service, see
the instructions for Summons: Personal Service on an Individual, Florida Family Law Rules of
Procedure Form 12.910(a).

At the hearing, as in any other civil proceeding, you, as the moving party, will have the burden of
proving the other party has not obeyed a prior court order. Once noncompliance is established, the
other party will have an opportunity to show an inability to comply with the prior court order. If he
or she is unable to do so, the judge may find the other party to be in contempt. If so, the judge may
order appropriate sanctions to compel compliance by the other party, including jail, payment of

attorneys’ fees, suit money, or costs, and coercive or compensatory fines, and may order any other

relief permitted by law.

Instructions for Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Form 12.960, Motion for Civil
Contempt/Enforcement (12/10)

Where can I look for more information?

Before proceeding, you should read “General Information for Self-Represented Litigants” found at
the beginning of these forms. See also section 61.14, Florida Statutes and rule 12.615, Florida
Family Law Rules of Procedure.

Remember, a person who is NOT an attorney is called a nonlawyer. If a nonlawyer helps you fill out
these forms, that person must give you a copy of Disclosure from Nonlawyer, Florida Family Law
Rules of Procedure Form 12.900(a), before he or she helps you. A nonlawyer helping you fill out
these forms also must put his or her name, address, and telephone number on the bottom of the
last page of every form he or she helps you complete.

Contempt/Enforcement (12/10)
