Having worked from home the last 12 years, I've experienced all of these elements. I disagree with the thought that working from home makes one less productive. I think the increased focus and lack of distractions increases my ability to perform. To avoid isolation, I've become involved in my local business community, volunteer, and participate in networking events. I would not trade my work environment for anything - not even Yahoo. : )

This report by PEWHispanic Research is a reminder of why tapping Latino talent in the U.S. workforce requires a strategic effort.
A majority of Hispanics say they most often identify themselves by their family’s country of origin; just 24% say they prefer a pan-ethnic label.
